Rainbow frequencies? For real?

Let me tell you about Neelam Sareen and the rainbow codes I learned about because whaaaaat?! 😅👀😏🌈

I should probably change my bio that's focused on mindset coaching right now to being a healer and channeler of rainbow frequencies that activate the gateway of your heart (the bridge to your soul)!

  Oh my god, I, I really was not expecting  The, the love and the support that I received when launching Insightful. I can't even tell you how much that means to me. I can't even tell you  because I have thought that I Like no one really cares about what I have to say and that people don't really engage with me and Partially it's because I've seen it on social right like I could I could share the most  profound things And it's not like people want to talk about it.

They don't want to, if I ask a question, people don't really respond to my questions. It's just a really interesting dance, you know? So to have the support that I've received, like the messages I got,  Are you serious? Like, I should have known, honestly. Because the people who are really close to me, Clearly, like, you're here listening to me. 

You care. I don't know why I talk to myself out of doing something like this for so long, because  this is like, this is, this is it for me, you know, like,  so your messages, how deep they were, how open, how raw, how vulnerable, uh, if my sister listens to this, Heather, hey, Voldemort, you got it. There you go. 

Seriously, thank you, because  I wasn't expecting it, and actually one of the things that I've been learning is when you have zero expectations, magic can happen because you're not attached to anything, right? Like,  we go into things expecting things to happen, and when they don't, we're devastated or sad or doesn't meet our expectations.

But expectations are rooted in thought, you know? So, it's like, when you have no expectations, That's where the magic is, and maybe that's just a little gem for you to take home with you, put in your little pocket on your quest in your life, you know?  Also, I can't even tell you, but I started  Not even started, I burst into tears.

I, I  wasn't expecting anyone to support my show, even though I don't like calling it a show, but on the podcast, it says, support the show! It's the link that gives you the opportunity if you wish and you have extra abundance and you feel like floating in my way to support my transmissions and this channel. 

Like,  Also, because I never want to have an advertiser on here or some sort of sponsor or anything like that. Like, eww, that would taint it. Oh, bleh.  But I wasn't expecting anyone to gift me abundance and prosperity and  I was getting pings of notifications that people were supporting me and I looked down and I'm like, what is that? 

And I open it up to see  And I, I grabbed my phone, like, I had my phone in my hand, I ran out to Nikolai, and I don't really run, okay? I ran out to Nikolai and I was like, look at this, can you believe it? And I burst into tears.  You're helping me live a dream.  Because I'm learning, the more that I walk this path of the unknown and uncertain,  the more I'm realizing like why it's always been hard for me because, in business, because I've wanted to just give everything away.

I wanted to just immediately teach what I learn, um, although now I know actually you have to embody it and that's where the depth is. Just a little, little shout out to the work I've been doing on myself, but I'm learning so much and I've My dream is to express and to receive abundance in exchange so that I can create the space in my life to do more things that I love, which is honestly play and explore and be in nature and to contemplate and to channel information and, and to connect with people closely and meaningfully and intimately, you know, like that's what I want.

And so if I don't have to work a corporate job, although I still am there, but you know, cool things are shaking out.  If I still have to do that, like I.  Maybe someday it'll be possible for me to just share and receive and live and play, you know? And I, that's where we're headed. So to those of you who feel like supporting me in my work and maybe you get something out of this or maybe you You have something planted in you that it finally clicks later when you're ready to hear it or can can see it with new eyes And you'll feel like sharing abundance with me.

I can't even tell you how much it means to me, you know?  So, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.  I also wanted to share a really cool story with you. So I had I think I spoke about Nilam  in my last episode  and I came across her randomly on a podcast and what I do is I follow my heart with people Where if I feel in resonance with them, I go and see how I can support them if I can buy their book or if I can share their episode or if I can book in with them.

And so I went to see if Nilam was open for private sessions, which is my favorite way to work with people because, again, I love the close knit containers. So I booked or I went to book in and it was October. My birthday is October, October 24th. Okay,  that's me.  I went to book in but she didn't have an opening until January 9th.

And so Never bummed about that because that means I have something to look forward to, right? So then January 9th happens and before then for like two to three weeks, I had been getting Rainbow synchronicities in really really bizarre ways and I'm like what is happening? Like why are these coming to me?

Because in my mind I am this like I'm all about depth, right? Like, if you look at my branding, it's black and gold for a reason. It's because black represents shadow and darkness and gold represents unconditional love and light and of who we are. And so, I'm like, I'm that intentional. When I share stuff on Instagram, like I choose dark watercolors because I love what water represents and how water is consciousness and stuff, you know, and, and smoke working with air elements, right?

Like I try to weave in even moody images of nature because obviously like earth and grounding and so I'm very intentional about this. And I'm like, okay, I've been getting owls. I've been getting dragonflies. I've been getting number synchronicities as I do  But why rainbows and I couldn't understand  I'm like what is happening?

So So, as I, I jump on my call with Nilam, it was really interesting because I had had, um, I  had been looking forward to this, but I don't follow her on social. She knows nothing of me because I just booked in after watching her podcast episode and resonating with her truth because it hit me, man, like she is, she is beautiful.

in so many ways. So I, she opens a session and she's like, I'm seeing rainbows all around you. Like, why am I seeing, do you work with rainbow light? And I looked at her and I was like,  what?  How? And then the reason why I booked in with her is because  it was called like some sort of soul healing thing, which I don't know if she has anymore, but  I have been struggling in my, my business, right?

So I was in business for two years, I focused primarily on the subconscious mind and healing limiting beliefs and then helping with, uh, fear and trauma, even though I'm not allowed to say that I support with trauma because there are people who are on boards and who are therapists who would hear this and, um, they'll be like, no, it's not safe.

But actually I am trauma informed and I. understand how to work with somatic tools for releasing trauma. So no one come for me because I'm not here for it. Thank you so much. Also, I'm just going to put this out there and it's not probably going to be well received, but everything was a thought or an idea at one point. 

Even therapy was made up, even science. Okay. Just letting that live there. So  it was really hard in my business because people weren't coming to me and I'm like, what am I supposed to be doing? I don't understand. Clearly I'm not fully aligned. So I,  I knew that the heart is why I'm here. I am here to activate the heart gateway so that people can live in alignment with their souls.

The reason why the heart is so profoundly special is for multiple reasons, but one is, I don't know if you knew this, the heart's electromagnetic frequency radiates around three to six feet from your body. Your heart is that strong of a field, okay? It's that strong. Your brain radiates at about a foot from your body.

Your brain has 40, 000 of its own neurons. Your brain is the portal to your, your brain, your brain is the portal probably to anxiety and fear if we're being honest because a lot of people live in those states, but your heart is the portal to your soul.  Your heart speaks to you in a language of frequency and emotion.

Your frequency of your soul are light  codes,  right? They're love, joy, bliss, peace, harmony, creativity.  gratitude, appreciation, right? Um, it speaks to you in the language of excitement, you know? So when you're following your heart and you're doing these things, you are living in alignment with your soul. That is, that's a profound knowing in and of itself.

But  what happens is your heart is accessing information in the quantum field and it's able to pick up,  Oh, my dad's calling. Hey dad, not right now, sir. Um, Your heart is picking up on information in the field, right? So it's picking up on Information from your soul and pulling it through. Okay, or picking up on information around you which is crazy when you think about being around a large number of people and Where like what they're consuming and how that's affecting their energy or what it's bringing up for them for things that are maybe shadows Or things that are unhealed, right?

Because you are in that frequency field  You can change that, though, also. Um, one of my gifts in one of the patterns I started recognizing, uh, a little, like, five years ago, seven years ago, I started realizing a pattern where people were like, I feel so good around you. I always want to be around you.

There's something about you that when I leave you, I feel like I can do anything. I feel clearer. I feel happier. I feel more in love, like with myself, with the world. I feel joyful. I feel expansive. And I'm like, wow. But then I learned about the heart and I learned that it can be really easy to match and meet people in their fear, or you can hold the love you.

And the way that you do that is you love yourself and you are expressive of your joy and your play and your truth. Right? And so you can actually invite people to meet your frequency through a thing called coherence. And coherence is so incredible because it's your brain and your heart harmonizing. And so if you are leading with your heart and you're harmonizing in the frequencies of love and joy and compassion and gratitude, that is magnetic as fuck, you know?

Like, and you can do that, man. And so I started realizing like, okay,  The heart is my gift, honestly, and now I know why the heart is my gift is because I love people. And I was getting so frustrated in business because I'm like, I wanted to shake people and be like, can't you see they're lying to you? How are you missing these manipulative tactics?

They're sales tactics. And like, I would get so frustrated because people would be one way in their business and they would preach abundance and they would, you know, like sharing it and look at all of my millions and look at all, look at my houses, my vacations, look at all this stuff. And then, because I know these people, you get on the other side of it and they're actually lying.

And they're living paycheck to paycheck. If they even make money, like, they're working a side job but they don't tell you about it because they're too afraid of what you think or you won't work with them, you know? And I'm watching people get sucked into the lies because they see this vision they think their heart wants but it's, it's not what their heart wants.

It's what their brain wants. It's what they've been conditioned to want. And I'm like, they're painting this vision for you that may not actually even be for you.  But you're spending money and you're going into debt and you're not listening to yourself and you're not trusting your intuition and, and maybe you even start to sound like them, which I've been, I've done that.

I've worked with messaging coaches because I see the success they're having with their clients and I'm like, if I can sound like them and know their techniques, maybe people will choose me and then I can bring them in and love them and I can activate their gifts and I can set them free and I can help.

and find clarity and all this stuff. I just have to be able to sound like someone else in order to pull them to me. And you know what? That worked, but it wasn't all that well.  Like I really, I did my best, man. And now I understand that my path is like my frequency is so unique because I meant to call in very specific people and those people can hear and feel me through resonance in their heart.

Right. And now I'm like, Oh, that's why I'm not meant for the masses because How the hell am I gonna tell people that I channel angelic frequencies and rainbow codes and things for healing and working with the dragons and all? Like, I can't!  They're just getting on board with aliens, you know? Like, they're just finding out that there are beings outside of this earth, or maybe beings from the quote unquote future, you know?

It's just really interesting and how, uh, guys, so many things, so I'm making, mm. We'll go into that later sometime, you know, uh, the joys of the supernatural. So  I, I can understand why rainbow synchronicities are coming through now and it's because I had to take myself to my own version of hell and that version of hell is corporate America and  And corporate America has a lot of great things, I understand.

But you know what? That system needs to change, baby. Because tell me why I spend eight plus hours a day working for someone else in order to receive something  as silly as money, I love money, but listen, as silly as money in order to live on a planet that I'm like, we made up money. We made up the idea of money.

Like, we made up scarcity, because scarcity is a great way to control people when you use a fake tool.  As a side note, did you know a few years ago there was like a comet or something that floated by Earth? Floated, it probably hurt all that like a terrifying speed.  It floated by Earth! And there were so many precious metals on it that they were saying that that meteor, if it were to hit, would cost or would be worth trillions.

Or, no, not even trillion, quadratillion, I don't even know. It was something beyond trillions and my brain can't even comprehend that, okay? And I'm like, so, because we were like, this rock costs this much money, that's what makes it valuable. You know? Like,  shut up. Shut up, please. God. Just. Oh, if we could just remember we're all better together, man, and without power structures and money and these systems that force you to spend your, the currency of your life, your lifetime is spent doing these things, right?

And so I took myself to corporate from a soul level because I realized that in my business, even though I was doing this for now eight years, but for two years I got to do it full time.  I understand why Spirit put me back in corporate. and why everything came to a dwindle.  Because I looked for external validation.

I looked for feelings outside of myself. I looked for safety outside of myself. I looked for worth and recognition outside of myself. If someone didn't work with me, if my business wasn't doing well, I'm not doing well. Like, I am not worthy of receiving. I am, like, all of the limiting beliefs that come to the surface that tell you you're not enough, you're not worthy, you're not whole, you're not significant, you're not safe.

For like all of those things, man,  I found that in my business  and I didn't find it in my business and it was crushing. And so I was invited back to corporate from, uh, one of my really good friends who gave me this opportunity and. It was like, I can't even believe I attracted an opportunity like that with this salary like the way that it is because it helped me pay off my debt, all this stuff, helped me connect to people now that I can see that, but I'm not meant for eight plus hours a day  talking about things like IT.

Oh, no,  oh, God. Being forced to be in meetings, having to be on teams where it's constantly showing whether you are active or not or if you stepped away from your computer, uh, the politics, the egos, the inefficient systems, the fact that you have to just so many things, right?  So many things that are not aligned to me, but I had to go to my own mental hell in order to find the light, in order to find me.

Honestly, I had to find me, and I did. I found my light again, even though it was excruciatingly painful and in fact was one of the most profound spiritual awakening experiences of my life, so much so that it's going to be published in a book this year.  So  that's coming soon, by the way, and I'll talk about that maybe later, or I'll just be like, hey, this book is here if you want it.

There's 32 other women for a total of 33, me included, that are in here, and it's going to be amazing. I may just do that, but.  I took myself to corporate and I had to integrate a lot of shadows, a lot of fears, a lot of limiting beliefs, a lot of stuff around not enoughness and not worthy. I had a profound experience healing money, which I'll share about that.

That deserves its own spotlight because it was craaazy. Oh, oh god, it was so crazy. But  when I started finding my wholeness and remembering who the fuck I am as a being of infinite light and love and access to everything all at once because that's the truth of who we are as beings who are all made of the same source of light.

Do you hear me? We are all fractals or rays of source of God of all that is. That is us. We are all knowing, all powerful, all magical. We are source embodied. And when you know that to the core of your being, you see things differently. You remember your power, right? I found that going to hell.  I found my own heaven through my heart.

I just had to go through my own hell, man. And God, it was delivered exquisitely, okay? So I have this session with Nilam and she tells me about rainbow codes and I'm like,  there's a version of me who could have not heard that.  I could not have heard that you're going to tell me that I'm going to work and channel these frequencies to help activate people's hearts.

And also, that version of me would have been like, how the fuck do I talk about this to people? How do I tell them that? I can barely sell the subconscious mind, right? Like I, and people understand, yeah, you know what? My life isn't great because I'm anxious or I'm fearful or I'm frustrated or I'm depressed or I'm sad or I'm struggling with grief.

Like at least I could talk about that, you know, but now I'm going to be like, let's Let's talk about magic, let's talk about intuition, let's talk about, you know, these codes that are activating and healing your chakra systems, that everything is in alignment with, like, so many things, man. How do I do that? 

But now, I can tell you, like, the synchronicities, because at first I had doubted it. I'm like, that's weird, because my branding is black and gold, and I care about, you know, Dark colors and moody stuff and you're gonna tell me rainbows 

But the synchronicities are so funny because I saw them for like two three weeks, right? And then she opens a session by telling me she sees rainbows in my field swirling in these  And I'm like, okay, and then at the end, after she shares more about how I'm going to shift my business to align more fully to be the bridge from third dimension to fifth dimension new earth, right? 

Where we're headed from a consciousness perspective and physically like, whoa.  She pulled me four cards and the first one was out to sea meaning I'm meant to go out now Like this is the time and then she pulled the tick tock clock clock the tick tock card Meaning now 2025  is year of action, right? I've integrated I've sat with myself I've gone through a number of death and rebirth processes, which is why I can even be here talking to you right fucking now You know, like that's really cool  She also pulled the yin card for me and the yin is feminine energy and it's so funny because feminine energy is receptive and creative, right?

And I have heavily leaned on my masculine energy to drive, to push, to hustle, to, to go after my dreams, to go after these certifications, to make things happen, to launch things, to do all this stuff, but it's a balance. And so I'm like, okay. And then  the last card she pulled for me,  she looked at it and she just.

cackled and I'm like, Oh, snap. So the card is happy, happy. And there is a woman sitting in the lotus position with a star in her heart and rainbows coming in from her crown chakra. And I'm like, God, you know,  you really can't make that up. Okay. Like that is crazy. So then  I hop off of that call with her.

And this was during my corporate job, by the way, I, I probably not supposed to say that, but I did take that session during work time, but I made up for it after.  I go walk out to see, or like to do my lunch or whatever, put it in the microwave, and I'm gonna go, um, water my plants, and so I turn around and I see this amethyst  sitting in the sun, and my mom gave me this amethyst, and amethyst is one of her favorite stones, so I'm like, yes!

I turn to look at it, and I see rainbows reflecting, or dancing, like, from the center of it, and I'm like, I have never, ever, ever seen these rainbows before, what are you talking about?  So I go up to it, and I'm like, no shit, there's actually, like, Um, and then I'm 

like, you know what, Spirit? If rainbows are actually the thing I meant to channel through, like, I'm gonna pull these cards, give me information that confirms it or validates it, right? I pull two cards, okay? Listen here. Out of 44 cards in this deck, the first card that I pull is 35, the pathway, which stands for direction, purpose, and change.

It is literally a card of a bridge in nature with a woman who has gone across the darkness of the bridge and is moving towards a path towards the fucking sun, okay? This woman, the pathway, and I'm like, I look at it and I'm like, yep, got it. She just told me that I'm the bridge. Basically of heaven and earth and here I am like cool and then I'm like spirit You know what show me one more just because like for fun I shuffle shuffle shuffle shuffle in this card flies out of the deck and it is the resurrection card which stands for comeback rebirth and renewal and it is literally this picture of a castle or temple and it's in ruins and there is a rainbow bridging it to a more etheric version of it and it's like Dancing in light.

There's an angel on the card and I cackled. I was like, okay, you know what?  Great. I like, I'm gonna take this. I'm gonna run with it. It's mine. Rainbows are mine. Okay, great. And then the next day my ego's like, ash girl. Let's be for real you who who's gonna work with you about rainbow coats That's so light and fluffy and airy and that's like for people Who are like all about unicorns and mermaids and and when I thought that I was like ash Girl. 

You believe in mermaids and unicorns. I believed in unicorns since I was a child. I even tried to tell people, like, I know that they exist, and they wouldn't hear it from me, and they're like, that was nice from your book, and I was like, they fucking are real though, for sure. Like, I know this for sure.  So I'm the rainbow girl, also, and the dragon girl, and I, and fairies, and I've actually seen fairies in real life, by the way, so, just saying, and angels, but I don't see them as human forms.

I see them as light.  So I started trying to talk myself out of rainbows because it's so fluffy, and I'm like this deep, dark, moody, broody, you know, woman, mm.  But then, I had this inspiration. So it's winter here, I live in Minnesota, it gets dark at like 3. 30, and I haven't been able to go on walks. Walks are my favorite way to move energy and to process my life and to talk with spirit and to connect with trees and all that stuff.

I haven't been able to go because I work a day job where it's dark when I'm done with my job and that's crushing.  But the next day  I'm like, hmm, I'm going to go for a walk today. I'm going to take the dogs. It's going to be great. It's like 30 something degrees. There's some snow on the ground. So I go and I take them for a walk, even though I wasn't even planning on it, right?

I just spur the moment. Oh, this was the day I launched Insightful. Oh, it was on 1 11. Yeah, I went on the walk this day.  Okay, on the day I launched Insightful, I wasn't even going to do anything, but I'm like, I'm going to take the dogs for a walk. So I go, I take them. I'm coming back. It's great. The sun is hitting my eyes.

Everything's beautiful. I'm like,  living my best life.  I turned the corner and all of a sudden in this, in the snow, this fresh snow, I see something out of the corner of my eye. And I'm like, Whoa, what's that?  Captured. It captured my attention. Captured my attention. And it was this tiny piece of paper cardboard with a slice of an orange in the orange's rainbow colors.

So I took that and now it's my bookmark. And I thought, you know what? Fine.  Fine. This is real. This is true for me. Like, I'm not gonna run from myself. I'm gonna own that. There are very bright parts of me, and Spirit keeps sending me synchronicities and messages and, and song lyrics and just random TikToks I click on and they're like, talking about rainbows, randomly, like, it, this is, hi, this is me, I'm the girl with the rainbows, okay?

Um,  and as I work to change my business and to own more of my channeling gifts and do all that through your heart and to teach you about your heart, like, I feel so alive. I feel so free. I feel like I, I'm beyond cloud nine. Like. I'm, I'm literally walking on sunshine. So much so that at my corporate job, I keep getting people who are like, Oh my God, you're sunshine on a, on a cloudy day.

I feel so bright with you. I, this is the best day ever. This was the best meeting. Like I love coming to these meetings. I blah, blah, blah. And it's because of me. You know why? Because I'm being more myself. So. Synchronicities will guide you when you follow your heart. There are two types of synchronicities. 

Red light synchronicities and green light synchronicities. Red light synchronicities pop up to tell you, like, this is not the way, okay?  Go this way. Follow your heart this way. Green light synchronicities are the ones that are like rainbows. And the butterflies you see are the dragonflies, or, which is my symbol for change and transformation.

Um, I have stories for you about dragonflies, but more on that later. It's your angel numbers. It's your birthday that you see out in the world. It's the song lyric you hear on, repetitively, randomly. Like,  it's the colors, it's, and people will tell you, well then, everything is meaningful. Like, everything is a synchronicity, and  it is. 

If you choose it, right? And some people will say, well, what about you're going to take yourself to psychosis, and I will tell you the way that you avoid that, I think, and I'm not a therapist, so you can't listen to me when I say these things.  The way that you avoid that is by staying grounded. You ground your energy, you, you walk in nature, you have people who love you unconditionally, who can help you be embodied in your life.

You, you know, like, take salt baths, and you drink water, and you eat nourishing foods, and, and like, There are ways to ground your being so that you can have a spiritual experience and see miracles and magic with your eyes and also Walk in the treasure of all that you are your Your body your vessel is the gift you have right like it is a gift to be on the earth right now especially as we transmute darkness and and go into more levels of Of loving consciousness, you know,  so  I share that to say I have been so afraid of speaking my truth and being free in this way I've been so afraid of what you would think of me If you would judge me if you would hate me if I would say something that would cause you pain and it's so funny Because I literally channel rainbow frequencies through my heart  Oh  Okay, I feel like that's all for today Maybe if more rainbow stuff comes through but know that when you listen to me you receive what you're meant to  At the right time or you'll receive what will bloom in divine timing.
