Cosmic conversations with my cats

Ashley Mondor Episode 19

Share a reflection with me :)

The session I had with Johanna of Bloom Animal Communication when we connected with my dogs, Kuda and Tikka, blew my ever lovin' mind ... so much so that I had to book in for my cats Knox and Fern. 😏

In this episode, my cats shared wisdom on:

  • Themes and experiences our pets wish to explore in their incarnations and why they specifically choose us
  • Why they chose to be the forms they do (Knox being a Lynx Point Siamese Maine Coon and Fern being a Tuxedo)
  • Working with duality in a world that tries to trap or suppress the fullness of your expression
  • Some of the foods to stay away from if you're noticing your pets are having health symptoms (Johanna isn't a vet. Always get your pets checked with a qualified vet.)
  • Clearing your home of negative energy and how to attract positive energy through specific herbs
  • What nefarious magic looks like to cats and how it impacts humans
  • Fern's original name when he lived for 5 years as a stray (this made me tear up)
  • Manifesting with light frequencies in a counterintuitive way
  • The message our pets are sharing with us at this pivotal time in our collective human evolution
  • The story of how Aziza joined our life

If you're curious, you can book in with Johanna here. 🐾

Note: If you do work with Johanna, can you please let her know I sent you her way? It makes my heart ridiculously happy to have her know that people who resonate with me are curious about connecting with their pets through her gifts. :)

Double note: I mentioned where I purchase my sustainably harvested herbs, sprays, etc. I order through Shaman's Market. This is my favorite Palo Santo spray. (I love them so much that I affiliate for them because their values align with mine and their quality is superb.)

Hello? Hello. I don't know about you, but this Mercury retrograde is just kicking my ass. I swear. Like, oh, good God. I am having so many tech glitches. Like just now. Literally just now, my mouse decided to stop working. Even though I put new batteries in it, my keyboard decided to stop working. I just tried to film an Instagram story and it wouldn't pick up my sound.

It sounds muffled, and, and I filmed that multiple times. Outside of that, my words are not coming out, man. Like they're jumbled. My brain is moving faster than my mouth can keep up, and then it's swapping out words and stuff. So I'm just gonna lay this here. B. Patient with me and graceful because things are not clicking.

But I have such a cool thing to share with you that I'm like, listen here, I'm gonna do it. Like I'm gonna share it even if I like, you know, stumble through everything and it will be fine because I'm a human being just like you. Okay. But I have a cool snippet to share with you, which I wanted to share an Instagram stories, but you know, you couldn't hear me talking, so maybe that's, maybe that's on purpose.

Maybe I'm supposed to be chill vibes, right? Slowing down and all that stuff. But a cool thing happened today where I learned the name of the angel who chose me, who is supporting my earthly incarnation, and her name is Belly, BELI. And today I went into meditation, or just now really, a few minutes ago I came out of it, but I was in meditation and I asked the angelic realm to help support the upgrade of my system and to help help me heal at a molecular level.

And midway through this meditation, I get a phone call, which interrupts it. And that phone calls last four digits of the, whoever called me was four, four, four four. And the call was from Los Angeles, the City of Angels. I like. Shut up. You can't even make that up. I swear to you. Like that is like, what? Oh, that's so cool.

Okay. That was just a tiny snippet I wanted to share, but today I'm super pumped because I had another session with Johanna from Bloom Animal Communication, who's gonna be on my Freer Heart podcast, by the way, because Wow. She's so gifted. But I wanted to go into it with the intention of connecting with my cats.

So if you didn't get a chance to listen to the one where I chatted with her about my dogs, that session with her changed my entire perspective about our pets. I had no idea. Like no idea. And I'll link that episode in this show notes one or whatever, and I'll link to Johanna. Also, one of the cool things, like the coolest things that has happened is a number of people have worked with Johanna because of my recommendation, and that makes my heart so effing happy.

I cannot even tell you how much that means to me because like that's how I built my business is word of mouth referrals, right? And so to have people trust me so much so that they would work with her because I was like, listen, she is freaking so awesome. And then they're sharing their experiences with me and what they're learning and what their pets are teaching them, and people are crying about it because it was so impactful.

I'm like, oh my God. So. If you listen to this and you vibe and you are curious about working with Johanna and you have questions, you can, you know, like, let me know. But if you work with her, can you please tell her that I, I sent you her way and I don't get anything for it. It's, it's only the pure source of joy that I received knowing that I am serving as a bridge, supporting another spiritual entrepreneur and connecting people who resonate with my energy to someone who I think is just absolutely magnificent.

So if you do let her know I sent you her way, that would mean so much to me because, you know, energy, reciprocity, giving and receiving this beautiful infinite loop of abundance, like, thank you so much. So just a little background on my cats so you can understand how insane this session was. Oh, I have so many things to tell you.

Share with you, you know? Yeah. All these things. So I have two cats. Okay. First. The one kitty, his name is Knox. We got him when he was a wee baby and I picked him out of a litter that, uh, my friend had of these Lyx point. Siamese main coons. Okay. These, yeah. Lynx Point. Siamese man, coon cats. I, out of all this litter, these kitties who I was like surrounded by them and trying not to cry my eyes out from such joy was I saw this teeny little dude with a little belly and he had a single white toe.

And I was like, listen, here, you are mine. So we brought him home and we raced him from being a teeny little kitten baby, right? To now he's like two and a half I think. And he is a 22 pound boy. He is a big boy, okay? And I love him so much. And. He has these huge blue eyes and this extremely sassy personality.

So much so that I have become his target. Like on a number of occasions, he would run up to me and slap me in my face. He's never done it to Nikolai, but he has a very big paw. I will have, you know, and it has hit me in my open face. Okay, like what? And sometimes he'll chase me around the apartment and I don't understand.

I'm like, I feed you, bro. I love you. I tell you you're handsome. I take care of you. I like brush you. I just, I take you outside from time to time, man. But it's also interesting too, because he always is whining and trying to get outside. If there's anything that he could do, it would be to be free outside, sitting in the grass, soaking up the sun, chasing butterflies and bugs.

Right. But I can't have him do that because he's not an outdoor cat and because I live in the city and people drive like maniacs here, you know? And like also, no, I love him. I don't want him to run away and, and he doesn't understand. He is a, a prince among kitties. Like he lives a very luxurious life with treats, you know, and like play like we play.

So I'm like, ugh. He's always trying to escape though and get out, which is like, dang it. Outside of that, we also have another cat named Fern. And if you, I don't know if you remember this, but I rescued Fern in at the end of 2024 in November. It's interesting because Knox, when he met Fern, you know, they're both dudes or whatever, and there's like territorial stuff, but when they play, it's super rough, man.

Like on a number of mornings, Nikolai and I would wake up to see like cat hair everywhere and we're like, gee, sus, are we okay? You know? So they play super rough. Uh, Fern is special because Fern, for the first five years of his life, he lived on the streets. And I wanted to ask Johanna about his life on the streets and, and some of his really peculiar things about his personality.

Like one of them being, he hates. When the doors are closed, like he refuses to have a door closed on him at all. If I'm in the bathroom, he will scream. He does his best to open the door. Someti, I don't know if you've heard it. Sometimes he, I'll accidentally lock him in here with me when I'm recording and he freaks out and he is like, you need to open this door.

And I'm like, you are, you're literally fine. You know? But while Knox has this like insane bossy type energy, fern has this very calm, confident, stoic vibe about him. So, um, also part of Fern too, which is interesting is when we got him, he had an ear clipping. So one of his ears is clipped. And that's because they did that when he was younger as a stray so that they would show the, like if anyone was in the neighborhood, that he belongs to that neighborhood, but also he.

Takes care of like the mice and the rodents and he's fixed. So he's not, he's like fine to be out there. Right? And part of the reason why he was surrendered is because as a stray cat, the lady who had found him had been watching her neighbor trying to poison him and poison the other cats, not understanding like they're working for this city.

Okay? So I was like, you my guy are mine. And we have this really beautiful bond that I I it, if you've ever had a soul animal or a heart pet, like, you know, man, there's some, sometimes you just have a bond that's unexplainable. So that's how I feel about Fern. Um. I love these dudes and they're totally different.

Oh, also part of Fern, which is also interesting is when we got him, he had the air clip ear clipping, but also he has this like, he doesn't have a full long tail. He has part like part of a nub at the end of it. And I didn't understand why that happened other than clearly something happened. So when you work with Johanna, what you do is you book in on her calendar, right?

And then you can either. Email her or text her a picture of your animals. And so part of her process is, I believe, and I'll find out more clearly when she's on my free or Heart podcast, but she looks at your animal and then she tunes into them. So when she's in a session with you, whether it's phone call or Zoom, she pulls up the picture of the animal that we are wanting to intentionally connect with, and then she introduces herself to them energetically and starts talking to them.

So before this session, because I had had one with her, with my dogs, and I was just pulling questions out off the cuff, I was like, whoa, listen, I'm coming prepared. Okay, I have a list of questions. Oh, so like, I'm ready. Some of these came, some of these questions came through intuitively. Some of them I had written down.

And I say that because if you have a session with her, have a few questions and maybe some of these will spur something for you. Um, so let's dig in. Okay. Oh, I made that weird. That's fine. Okay. So she opens the session and she says, hi Knox. And the first thing she says is, is he big? Is he like a big cat?

The impression he's giving me is like, he's filling up the whole screen, but he feels very relaxed right now, actually. Like he's ready to go. He's like, yeah, I'm here. Uh, what do you wanna know? And then she said, I hear burning questions. Do you have any burning questions you'd like to start with for him? I think he knows that you do because he's like, no, I gotta let her go first.

And I'm like, Y that's fricking right, Knox. That's right. Okay. My first question was, is Knox happy? And she says immediately, yes. And then she shares. He's saying that he can be very mean to you. Does he use his claws sometimes? Like he can be really sassy. He's showing me claws and it looks like a lynx foot.

It's like this huge, huge claw. And she said, I heard he's saying he takes it out on you. What is he taking out on you? Oh, he's saying rage. And I was like, how does she know? She has no idea. And I was like, can you tell me why he's experiencing rage? And she said, I heard cooped up. I'm getting the impression.

He views himself like he's an actual links and he envisions himself getting a lot of exercise outside. And mind you, she has no idea about this like. She continues. He's showing me something that looks like a zoo enclosure. Did he ever have like an outdoor cage? Which is interesting because on a number of occasions, Nikolai and I have talked about creating in the future when we have a house, some sort of outdoor enclosure for him.

And she says he's showing me like a Lynx in a zoo. He's showing me this screen or an enclosure and I keep hearing enrichments and opportunities to be feral. And then she said, oh, he's being dramatic. He's showing me, laying on his back. Like he has so much energy and he needs an outlet. And I was like, you, he lays on his back constantly like sprawled out, which is so, it's so funny 'cause he's so big man.

He's like mainly belly. Okay. Um, but. He shares that, or he gave her a visual of like one of the toys, like a treat ball, you know, where if you roll it around and there are slots in it, then treats can come out. He keeps talking about enrichment and also showing me the thing that they use for tigers at zoos, where they take a chunk of meat and they tie it up somewhere high and then the cat has to jump up and rip off pieces of it.

That's the kind of exercise he wants to have. He wants to feel like he's used up all of his energy and I was like, bro, what? I'm not gonna dangle meat for you. Oh, but I have a kitty on a string thing, so obviously we'll do that. So I asked, is this why he plays so aggressively with my other cat? And she says, he's showing me kicking really, really hard with his hind legs.

Legs. See, I told you words. His hind leg, God effing Lord Almighty, ugh, showing me kicking really hard with his hind legs and then a guilty feeling. I think he might realize afterward that he's gone a little too far. Knox says furnace is smaller, and he sometimes forgets that, and he describes this red haze.

It's like his instincts take over and he acts out in a really feral way, and then he sort of just comes back down afterward and he's like, oh, what did I just do? And he experiences guilt about it. He's also showing me a cat wheel and something he can just run on. And I was like, Ooh, this is great. So I ask, can you tell him that soon we're gonna be looking for a house where he'll be able to be safer outside.

And he screams in her head yard, he would like a big yard and trees, he would prefer trees to climb actually. That way you can hang chunks of meat in it. And he can keep very entertained, like, oh my God, what? No. Kind of, but no. What? So I, I share with her, it's so funny because I feel like Fern wants nothing to do with being outside and Knox doesn't know because he lives this very privileged life, right?

Like he's always lived indoors. And she says, yeah, he says that Fern tells him this actually, and that he's hearing it from both me and Fern. And I was like, Ooh, okay. Well this is a, a question that randomly popped up in my head. And I asked why did he choose to be a links point? And she said, he's showing me the balance between the wild side and the domestic side that we all have when we're trying to learn to fit into a society.

He came here to learn this. She said, so it's this struggle that he's having with you specifically. This is why he picked me to help him learn this is this struggle of being wild and feral and being domesticated. So I asked, is he the guardian? Guardian? Is he the guardian of our home? And she said, I got an immediate yes.

And the reason why I asked that is because if you know anything about cats, you know that they can see in multi-dimensionally. And I watch him follow with his eyes and shoot up and look around and chase things that. I can't see. And he, he does it all the time that I'm like, what is it that you're chasing, man?

So I ask that, and he's the guardian, right? And so then I follow up and I say, does he help clear our home out of negative energy? And she shares what he's saying about this is it's actually sillier than you think. At least most of the time he's chasing some kind of rainbow lights. It looks like the Aurora Borealis, but it's in your home and on the walls.

And he says most of the time he's chasing what he calls Twinkles. And I've seen the Twinkles, like, it's also so crazy that she pulled through this rainbow Aurora Borealis because, um, earlier this year. I had a channel tell me that I, I channel through my heart and angelic rainbow codes and I channel healing rainbow frequencies of wholeness and, and things like that.

And I have to work more with color and things like that. So it's just wild that she's said that. But I have literally seen these twinkle lights and they're like these flashes of different colors that are like at the corner of my eye or I see them right in front of my eye or whatever. So it's cool that he's chasing those things.

And Knox said that they're very pretty and that they're like a moving rainbow. And I said, oh, okay, great. So what he's chasing isn't nefarious. And the reason why I asked that is because every single October I have some sort of heavier, denser energy that moves through my home. Like I have had things that are completely unexplainable happen that like, just as one example, uh, two Octobers ago, two or three, I think three actually for my birthday, Nikolai got me this podcast, Mike, that you're listening to.

And the cool thing about it is that it's a tap. So I tap it and the way that you know that it's on is that it's in bright red. Okay? And one night, in the middle of the night, Nikolai and I woke up to our entire room, bathed in this red light, and then I watched it turn itself off and I was like, what? The next day I checked and my microphone wasn't plugged In another time we were sitting on the couch, Nikolai and I, another October, and as we were sitting there, we have this Sonos speaker in our kitchen.

For when we're cooking, right? The Sonos turned itself on and played this like really dark sounding piano song from Billie Eilish, only one song, and then turned itself off. Another time two of our other Sonos speakers turned themselves on, turned the volume all the way up and wouldn't turn them, like wouldn't turn off.

And like other times I've had it where I've woken up in the middle of the night to like cold hands touching on my rib cage. Or I felt hands touching my feet and around my legs and pushing into the bed even though I had cleared the home and, you know, we're playing, um, high frequency music and all this stuff and I just couldn't figure out like.

How I am attracting things like this outside of knowing that October they say, is when the veil is like super thin. And also like if it's from a fearful place, you will attract those things. And maybe that's something in my subconscious I need to work on, especially around October, right? Because like, it's really cool, October's my birthday, but every year I'm like, what the hell's gonna happen this year?

You know? So that's why I asked about the energy being nefarious. And so Johanna says he wants to talk about that because he says sometimes it's more than just the lights. He did have a thought when you were talking about, uh, your gifts and channeling, and he's describing me as magnetic and that it does have to do with my energy field.

I bring in these light energies. And she said the darker ones he's showing me, and I see this really frequently, is usually when pets are describing a ghost. It's like a human shaped silhouette and it's black. Like what he's describing is it's like sucking energy from the world around it. He says that this is a different situation that I experience and it doesn't happen as often.

What he's showing me is the energy passing through. It looks almost cartoonish. It's like the silhouette of a caveman, kind of. He says that this being is not very aware. She shares, I'm getting the impression that this entity just kind of passes through and it affects the mood in the house and it leaves everything out of whack.

So then she shares, I heard migration route. So whoever this is, apparently they're on some kind of repeating migration route. I'm getting the impression that this is somebody very ancient who's following a pattern, a migration pattern, and doesn't realize that. If they're dead and she shares, they haven't realized that they've passed away and they're just following this pattern that they've always done knox's using the word zombie.

He's like, they're just kind of going through the motions and plowing through your house, and your home just happens to be on a migration route. I'm seeing kind of like a gazelle or an antelope or a little pronghorn actually. Oh, this person, they think that they're hunting. They think they're hunting a herd of animals, and that is wild to me because it totally has shifted the mood in our room, but also because I've been in this spiritual space since a child.

One of the things I've always been confused about is like you hear about ghosts from modern century or whatever, and Victorian era and the Wild West and Civil War. People like repeating if they're imprints or echoes or they're still there. Right? But how can you never hear about people who were cavemen.

What, what's the deal with that? You know? And then I thought, well, maybe they're in a different reality, obviously like a, a parallel reality, or they're at such a different frequency that we don't really tune in and that it's much lower. I don't know, again, I don't have the answers to that, but she shares from NOx to use sage.

Sage is one of the few things that causes a physical, that causes like a physical thing to have, uh, that they can, well, I re I said this wrong. Sorry. Sage is one of the few things that causes a physical thing that this spirit can sense and react to. It causes a reaction. There's like a burning feeling basically to jar it away or to have a sensation.

So that it can move. And just so you know, like there are people who disagree with the use of sage. Um, there are other beautiful herbs that you can use. Um, I use Sage and I also use Palo Santo that has been responsibly and sustainably forest. Maybe I'll, I'll link the company I work with. In the show notes, it's beautiful.

Um, so just that aside, but Knox Chairs, he's describing that sage is a bridge plant and it has an impact on both the spiritual and physical world. If you burn it, especially around your doorway, I'm hearing that you can seal it and say out loud, no energies are allowed in my home. This is my home. And then seal it off with an X shape using the smoke.

And then she shares there's another step Knox wants to say, and that's to burn something else after the sage, because sage is a clearing agent and so you need something else to call back in positive energy. And so for me specifically, she heard the word nettle or stinging nettle and also sweet grass.

And I love sweet grass. So I thought that would be helpful for you if you have any energies moving in your home or if you wanna clear it and then create a positive atmosphere. Sage, stinging nettles, or sweet grass. Okay. And with all this aside, don't just listen to me or Johanna, Google it, figure it out like.

Great. I'm glad we're on the same page for that. Another thing that's interesting about Knox is that he is not a sit on your lap kind of dude. He's not a cuddly dude. He's this independent like fella who's running the household. He doesn't wanna lay on you, whatever. When he was a year old, the first time he had ever laid on my lap made me cry because it was what I wanted, man.

I was like, oh my God. And you know what was special about it? It was my birthday. He chose for that first time to be my birthday. And so he lays on me sometimes, but not all the time. And I asked, when Knox lays on me, is he clearing the energy or healing me? And she shares, yes. He says he's regulating and he's showing me this really interesting image, actually.

It's like when you drop a rock into a pond and it makes the ripples, except the ripples aren't moving outward, it's reverse. The ripples are coming back in and everything around you is becoming clear and calm. And she said, well, let me ask if I can get some more on this. I, I don't really understand the imagery and Knox response that it's not for her to understand and he's just being bossy.

Oh, water break.

So then I ask, alright, has Knox ever had another role or another way of being that he loved before becoming a cat? And she says, yes, I heard a past life and it involved you. She said, I'm seeing a chipmunk. He's describing that chipmunks look really cute and they have like a kind of sweet, innocent quality to them, but they also can flip a switch.

And she said, and I heard become fucking savage. Like they could become carnivorous and rip your throat out if, if they wanted to. You just never know. So then she said, well let, whoa, let me ask if he was a chipmunk. And then she said, oh, okay, I gotta, no. But he's describing duality, like having two different sides to a character.

He's always been attracted to that experience. And that was really interesting for me because it wasn't until this conversation with her that I realized that maybe they come into experience very specific themes, just like we do. And I like now saying that it sounds so obvious, but before I'm like, oh dang, for real, you know?

So then I said, well, is there anything else I can do to help make his life more enriching? Or is there a food or a treat he would love way more often? And she shares, he's asking to be included in your energy work and in your spiritual business work that you do. He says, when you're setting your intentions, feel free to start just looping him in and to say out loud that he's allowed to be a part of it.

And he says, just observe. And then she shares, he's being very scientific now. He's saying, observe how he influences the session because it'll be different when he's a part of it, and that he can expand the energy in unexpected ways. And the reason why that's fascinating to me is because over this past weekend, I was just attuned to the angelic kingdom of light for Reiki levels one and two.

And on that third day. Part of it was we were practicing self-healing, healing with others. Um, direct channeling, the ascended masters and galactic realm, the angelic kingdom, um, healing Gaia distance, reiki, all this stuff. And for the first time, Knox stayed in the room right by my feet and he just slept.

Although I know he's not sleeping for three hours and he never stays in this room with me. He is never around. And I was like three hours during the time after I had learned this about him and now like, ugh. So if you work in a heart healing session with me and you're curious in the notes section, feel free to add that you would like Knox's support if you feel called, like, I'm very curious, but I am.

I'm not going to like tap him in every time, you know? So I just thought that was fascinating and like how exciting that he can expand the energy in unexpected ways. And then he just sat by me, you know, like, oh, holy bons, I love it. So then I had this intuition and I was like, oh, how many times has Knocks come to earth?

And she said, the first number I got was 36. But then he said, technically this is 37. And I was like, oh my God, that's so cool. So then I asked, oh Knox, are you always a cat? And he shares usually, but he's been with me before and he shares that we are still kind of like working out our relationship and that it's never been totally peaceful between us.

And then she said, I heard the word frenemies. Oh, also enemies. Which is why he's been slapping me in my open face. Okay, good God. So she shares, oh, so you're kind of figuring out this whole thing together. But this is something that you both wanted to learn together is how to actually get along she shares, because there's something about the core of your essence and of your personality that's just a little bit different.

So it tends to clash until you guys can find a way to start working together. And so I, I'm like, well, what the hell am I doing wrong? Like, why are you being so mean to me? Knox? And she shares immediately, he says, be feral with him. That'll be a connection point for you guys if you guys can find some kind of way to be feral together.

He's saying it'll be a very bonding experience. And what's interesting about that is I can absolutely see why that would be an experience for us, because I like, for my entire life, there is this wild. Like super wild, feral raw energy that I have kept in a cage. Like, because I haven't figured out how to bring it out because I, I like, it's this raw power that I just keep to myself really, so I can understand what it feels like to be caged within yourself.

And like, while he feels caged in a home and only gets snippets, right? Like I have been, I felt caged within myself and I bet so many people can relate to that, knowing that there's this like raw, authentic power to you that you have to tame and you have to keep within you because the world might not be ready for it yet, you know?

So then no shares that he was showing her a forest and that he would love to go to a place where we can just focus on each other and be in nature where there aren't a whole bunch of energies or other people to interact with. And last year I found out that I'm like a super short drive away from this beautiful like foresty trail.

And that was the immediate image I got in my mind because I'm like, oh my God, I can take him on a leash to this forest so that he can roam, you know? And I'm like, okay, this is gonna be our year where I take him. I'm so excited about that. So then, um, Nikolai wanted to ask if there was anything that he could do to help Knox wanna be more like cuddly, you know, with him, because he really wants a cat like that.

And she shares, Knox says to wear him out physically, and then he'll start to tap into what he's describing. Like he has this feral energy and he can't really focus because it drives him. But if he manages to get that out of his system, then he'll be able to start to learn the domestic world a little bit better, which makes total sense, right?

Like this is just 1 0 1 energy stuff. But it just hadn't occurred to me that that's specifically what he was looking for. So then I asked if Knox could share one piece of wisdom with me, what would he feel called to sharing? And she says, he says, you're a badass. He says He's spicy with you because you are a worthy opponent.

He knows it's not the best way to show it, but this is how he shows love. And he's trying to learn to wrap his head around how to do it in a sweeter way. He says that you have the sweetness and he has the spice, and it's gonna be this dance of learning from each other and learning how to blend those. He says he does love you and he's excited to do this process with you and that we're still in the early stages together.

The last thing he's showing me is his paw. He's showing me, leaving you a paw print somehow. And he says it's gonna be significant or at some point you'll understand what he's talking about. And then she said, oh, and actually he's also kind of reluctant to disconnect. He's loving this. So that was Knox.

And the thought of like leaving a paw print makes me wanna cry. I can't even think about it. Okay. Like. Ooh, because I've won, I've done that with cats, you know, where they've passed on and I'm like, oh, okay. I can't even think about that. That's part of the reason of having animals or pets is so hard because you know, it's like someday they're not gonna be with you and trying not to grieve that through their whole life because you love them so much.

Oh, okay. Whoa. I'm gonna take a drink of water about that. 'cause I can't even,

okay, so then. It's fern's time to shine. And Fern is a small dude, okay? He has these huge green eyes and he is the perfect little loaf, right? And he is a tuxedo cat. So he's black and white, and he has this incredible thin line of pure white fur on his spine in the middle of all of this black fur. Like it's stunning.

So she opens with Fern and she says, oh my God, wow. Beautiful eyes. And I was like, yeah, I tell him that all the time, okay? And she said, whoa, Fern's energy is way different. He's bringing the whole vibe down to like a more calmer, peaceful place. And that's again, like, that's totally what he does. He's actually napping in a little kitty cubby hole right now because he's so good at staying calm.

Um, in fact, we. Had brought in a stray cat, which I'll share with you at the end. Um, but I watch Fern literally stare at her and hold the space from such a profoundly peaceful place that allows her to move through her stress and anxiety. And I just, I watch him do it like it's, it's masterful, truly. So Fern shares that he's the inverse of Knox and that he has already had the feral experience that she says Knox says he desperately wants, but for Fern, it's a closed chapter.

He said he is glad to have experienced it and he's also really glad to be done with it, which was one of my fears honestly, because when I brought him in, I was like, he's only ever known the streets man. Like I'm about to bring him into a two bedroom apartment with two dogs and a cat and be like, do you like, are you gonna try and escape?

And then my heart's gonna shatter because I'm gonna love you so much. And you know, so she said he's relieved to be done with that. He's describing being on the streets as like all the bad smells and eating trash and having dirty fur and fleas and like the itching that never stops. And he's also talking about the fear of FIV or feline leukemia.

And I was like, oh my God. Yes. So she said. It definitely gave him some perspective and he doesn't regret it. In fact, he admires cats who stick it out to their whole lives. But he definitely hit a point where he was like, I just want a home. And then he started trying to manifest me and I was like, shut up.

What? What? So I asked because he'd been on the streets for five years. Is he okay with the name Fern or would he, um, prefer to be called something else? You know, like, did he have a name before that, that he would rather have, because I will switch it now. Like whatever makes him feel most at home. And she shared, I heard the name Scruffy.

That was his cat name in the streets. That's what his friends called him. But he said before that he had an elegant name from his mom. Oh. She called him Hope. It's this concept that she had hoped that he would have a better life or that he would have a better life than she did. And that made me tear up.

Hope is such a beautiful name. And when I look at him, I'm like, mm. And I said, oh, would he prefer that name? And she said, no, he's showing me the name Fern. And he's pleased to have a name that I chose for him because it represents a clean start. Because it's a part of his new life. And he also wants you to know that he was specifically looking for you.

It wasn't just like any human, it was he, it was this notion where he had this in his head, he had this idea of manifesting you. He had the details about what you would look like. There was something about your eyes he was looking for, and the way your energy felt he was looking for you. And that made me cry because, you know, like as a human, I'm always like, I'm manifesting this thing, the dream life, the blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

But to be, to be someone or something that, another being wishes for and and dreams of like. Oh my God, that, that's such a gift to know. Like I was, oh God, my heart. So I asked, oh, have we had any past lives together? And he says, yes. And he's bringing up Knox and he's showing me the three of you and this vision of like a snowball down a mountain.

And she says, well, let me ask what that means specifically. And she says, I get this feeling that the three of you are like getting tumbled together. There's something very significant about you. Three. He's showing me a triangle, which is fascinating because like I, the women in my family all have the Celtic Knot.

The Tri Quatra, which is like a three knot together with a circle around it. And it means different things in different religions, but for us it means protection. And, um, mother made in Crone and in all of my branding, almost all of it for my business, I have triangles in it, which is fascinating. And part of that too, when I found out about him sharing the triangle about me, Knox and Fern, or Knox Fern and I, grammar whatever, um, I knew that if I were to tell Nikolai this, he would cry.

Like I knew that it would hurt him in some way because he either wasn't chosen or we weren't, haven't lived lives together, stuff like that. So I was like, oh man, that's interesting. And I didn't even say this out loud, but she was like. Oh, Nikolai too has had past lives, but he's showing. But Fern is showing me now what looks like constellations, that it's like you and the cats were a major constellation.

And then Nikolai and the dogs were close by. And Nikolai brought both Cuda and Tika into my life, which is fascinating. So that was cool. And she shared that Knox Fern and I are a triangle, and that a triangle is the strongest shape, and that there is something extremely significant about this for me, which I was like, yes.

Okay, so then I, um, one of the things that I asked about from a health perspective for Fern was he has like eye discharge and stuff like that. And I wanted to share this specifically for anyone who has pets, but she was saying that it's something in his food, that there's corn in his food and to check for it, um, that he gets inflammation from the corn in the soy.

So for you, if you're seeing anything, maybe check your food, right? Like if it has corn, soy, okay. So then, um, I asked about food that he would like and he would love raw meat. And I was like, listen here, I'm not doing that. Um, and he was like, maybe just a little, he knows it'll, he's hesitant to share that with me because it could make him sick, but to go slow.

But he also really loves eggs. And let me tell you what, this buddy fricking loves eggs. Oh my god. Uh, but I was like, it's so funny 'cause you know, she doesn't know that. So then I asked about the closed doors and why he screams and forces them open and like loses his shit about it. And she said he had a traumatic experience with this.

He's showing me being shut in a shed or a garage and being really, really. Thirsty. And he says that there was this very desperate feeling about being trapped in there and not being able to get out. And he said that it was a near death experience. And then she said he got locked in a shed and someone finally heard him energetically and let him out.

And I was like, oh my God, this makes so much sense because like the, the very first time we got him, he refused to have a door closed on him. So that was fascinating. Right. Another thing that Fern does, which is so f-ing cute and also stop it is at night or randomly, like if you pet him, he will literally take your hand with his two itty bitty white paws and force you to pet him where he wants.

So he always brings my hand up to his head. Sometimes he loses his ever-loving mind and starts chomping on me. And I'm like, you just told me where to pet you. Why are you nipping at me? And she said, oh, he's saying it's cute aggression. He's actually experiencing a really big emotion in his body and its affection.

But the way that it's coming out for him to say that I love you is like, he can feel it physically, but there's this twinge of an angry feeling. And he's saying that he's still learning the spectrum and that he says he feels like he's adjusted pretty fast to a domestic life, but that sometimes his feral side still comes out.

And I was like, listen. Yep. That's all I needed to hear. Okay. Because I understand cute aggression with him. I just like don't bite him. So then I asked if I could do anything that would make his life more enriching, what would that be? And she said, oh, he needs to be told that he's a ninja. There's something about the acknowledgement that he's choosing to be domesticated, that he's choosing to be nice.

He doesn't have to be, and he feels like he's a secret warrior on the inside. In fact, he knows he is. He's also describing running out, oh, this is, this is about his tail. He's telling, showing me an image right now about running out from under some kind of tire. Like he had a very close experience with a car or a motorcycle where his tail got pinched or something.

She said he's laying in front of a car tire and he was resting and he, or crossing in front of it, something like that, and it started and his tail got stuck and he almost got sucked in. And I'm like, holy shit. This is his tale again. Johanna doesn't know any of this, and she says he's actually proud of that moment.

He has a more positive feeling about that. He's saying I can cheat death. And then he's coming back to being a ninja, so he wants me to call him that as an acknowledgement of his journey. I needed water. Sorry if you can hear my voice going out. I never talk this long. Oh, sorry. In advance. So then I asked, Hmm, is there a reason why he chose to be a tuxedo specifically?

And she said, he's saying ninja again. And then she's like, oh my God, this is really cool. There's something about the contrast between the white and the dark that echoes the contrast in his life. And he's also saying that there's the stereotype of a classy gentleman. And he was like, I was that cat even in the streets.

And now he gets to fully embody all of it. Which, you know, that made my heart flutter. Duh. Um, and then I said, oh, he has this really, really cool thin white line along his spine. Did he choose that for alignment? And she said, yes, but he chose it because it has something to do with you recognizing him and that there was something about that marking that would stand out to you specifically.

So then I said, is there anything that he would like to work on that I can support him with? Now that I understand that, you know, our pets come in with themes to experience. And she said he's learning how to chill. He's learning how to calm down. He's actually asking if we can be on CB, D together. He's showing me that the two of us together could experience a different mental state together.

Which by the way, like. I think they make kitty c, b, d or some sort of calming thing. So I found that to be fascinating. But she said that for him, he's learning how to feel completely safe and he's learning how to relax. And I said, oh, duh, I'm gonna do this. So then, ooh, it's juicy. I asked, does Fern have any gifts or magical abilities that he would like to let me know about?

And she said, I briefly saw the rainbows that Knox was talking about, but Fern has a dark gift. He's showing me the shadows, and he's going back to him being a ninja. This has to do with revenge. He's showing me the heads of enemies on sticks, and he says, not physically, he can't physically go out and kill people, but he goes energetically to those and he like, what?

Not killing physically. Okay. Again, I'm just saying that. But he says that he brings karma to people who are cruel. It's specifically people who harm animals. He has a vendetta, vendetta, damn, a vendetta. Uh, when you just chop up a moment because your words, whatever, he has a vendetta. Remember, re remember the 5th of November and see, I even screwed that up because my brain was moving so fast.

Okay? He says, though, that now that he's expanded and being in this home with me, he, this ability to go out and to basically bring karma to people who are cruel, includes anyone who harms me in a passive aggressive way. He shares that he hates frenemies, and that if you have people who are pretending to be your friend or trying to manipulate you or send you bad energy, he says, oh, they will ru the day, which, well, hell yeah, he's a ninja.

So then I said, oh, okay, is he picking up any shadow beings at all in my home? And she said, he's showing me two of them. There's two shadows and one is very, very small. Hmm. You know, I haven't seen this before because usually they're human size and shape. She said, but he's describing something different.

This isn't like a human ghost. He focuses on these little ones. They're not energy so much as he's describing like. Gaps or like when you put a bug in a container and you poke holes in the top and then she's like, oh, 'cause she had an epiphany. She's like, he's showing me the nature of reality. There are these little holes in reality that allow sound to pass through.

I think it's sound from other dimensions. And he says sometimes those dimensions need to stay on their side. He shares sometimes it's actually really harmful for humans. And he's describing almost like radiation, radiation coming through from different, and then she's like, I almost hear like multiverse theory, which I've never heard from an animal before.

But he says it's a parallel dimension, but the energy that comes through humans are not supposed to be experiencing this. They're not supposed to overlap, but somehow there was some kind of wound or some kind of energy work that someone did that's coming through. And he said that these are the side effects of when people try to do witchcraft in a nefarious way, which is fascinating because actually a few years ago I had, um, one of the darkest points of my entire life, the one of the deepest depressions I had ever experienced, I honestly think, is because of a woman who had been following me on, uh, one on an account I knew about, but then on an hidden account.

And she like, just the way that she would interact with me and talk about demons and all of this stuff, I, I feel like it was her and I let her into my life because I, I wanted to, you know, share love with her and, you know, show her that witchcraft and witches aren't. Terrible, awful things, but I just thought that was interesting, you know, because I immediately had thought of her and now she's no longer in my life, but still I was like, hmm.

Poking energetic holes and having dimensions overlap and, you know, nefarious intentional magic to harm people. So, uh, Fern shares that if you intend to harm somebody, it's sort of like describing ripping the fabric of reality just a little bit. And this is what causes that. There's like radiation leaking in, and he focuses more on that.

He's showing me like a ship and plugging up all the holes so that the ship can't fill up with darkness and sink. He's telling me though, that I should focus more of my energy not on helping him with his gifts, but on integrating and healing with Knox, which I thought was what a gentleman. He shares that, uh, both of us are at a point now where we are aligned to be healing Knox and I, so I thought, I thought that was beautiful.

So then I asked if Fern had one piece of wisdom that he wanted to share with me today, what would that be? And I, I love this. I love this so much. I'm so excited to share this with you because when you hear it, you're gonna be like, this makes so much sense. And it's just a reminder for if you're ever in a place where you don't wanna be or you're experiencing things you don't want to effing feel, right?

Like my whole journey with my job and healing from that and taking back my power and reclaiming it. This is his wisdom and I hope that you love it, because fricking a man Fern shares about gratitude. He's saying embody an energy of gratefulness because, and then she pauses and she doesn't know this about me.

Johanna was like, oh my God, you're trying to make a change, aren't you? I, I looked at her and I was like, oh yeah. Like, not even just about the house, but uh, about transitioning out of my job and going back into my business and having these opportunities come up and trying to choose between opportunities and having people book in sessions with me again and watching my business grow and all this stuff, like I am, I'm at this, this Nexus point of being like, what do I do?

So for her to pick up on that and she has no idea, I'm like, yes. So Fern is describing that when you're trying to bring in a new reality, and it may sound counterintuitive, but when you are thoroughly grateful for all of the opportunities of your old reality, and you really lean into understanding what it taught you and understand what it brought you, there's some kind of shedding that happens through the gratitude.

He's describing it like a reptile shedding their skin. You have to completely fill out the old skin in order to outgrow it, to shed it, and to allow the new one in. He says that gratitude fills in the cracks of your current reality. So lean into everything. Appreciate and understand everything that it brought you, and when you'll go, oh, sorry, I was in such a flow, appreciate and understand everything that it brought to you, and then you'll go and burst at the seams into your new reality.

Isn't that incredible? Like I have never thought about gratitude. But like being that way. Maybe you have, but I'm like, holy shit. Burst at the seams into your new reality, filling in the cracks, like golden threads of gratitude. Are you like, this makes so much sense. So she was sharing, I know a lot of animals specifically at this time because she's had so many sessions with people, most of their pets are telling them to rest and relax.

That's their, that's. The advice that they're giving to their, their humans, right? You have to rest and relax. And she said, I know a lot of animals have been telling their people something similar to this, but she's saying that humanity is about to level up and that we are collectively about to move forward.

And she shared, this is how you do it. They're telling us for me specifically outside of rest and relaxation, and I hope you hear that you need to rest. Okay. But for me, gratitude, and she shares for a lot of people it's rest and relaxation, but it's always a light frequency. They're always teaching us how to manifest using counterintuitive light frequencies.

And when she said that, I was like, holy shit. That's the key about gratitude. Gratitude is a light frequency, right? But. It being counterintuitive. I have so much energy moving up my body right now. Oh my God. Sorry. The counterintuitive piece is like, as an example with my job, not wanting to be there, being frustrated, feeling disempowered, feeling trapped, feeling so frustrated that I don't have creative freedom, even though I know it's exactly what would be magical, what would be engaging, what would help employees wanna stay and wanna feel seen, heard, and supported.

Like I have all of these things that I'm not heard. The counterintuitive piece is you are grateful. For the situation, even though it's not something you enjoy, it's something you prefer. So I switched it and I was like, oh my God. I'm so grateful for every single human being I've met in this company who I wouldn't have met before.

I am so grateful for the clients who are coming to me through this company because I've been authentic. I'm grateful for every single wound this company has brought up within me so that I could feel it, hear it, see it, and let it go, or to integrate my shadows. I'm so grateful for the opportunities this company has brought me.

I'm so grateful for all of the debt, all of the 30,000 plus dollars in debt that I paid off because I was in this role. I'm so grateful because this job paid for me to get certified in advanced integrative hypnosis and coaching the unconscious mind and getting my angelic reiki attunements and channeling and all of this stuff.

So for you, if there's a place that you don't wanna be in or something that you're experiencing. Again that you don't prefer, that you would, you like resist or you wanna run away from, or you hate or you can't stand or you feel trapped or any of these things. How can you find gratitude for it? Knowing that you're flipping the energy, knowing that you are taking that energy and raising it to a higher frequency, which is where your dreams are, you know, which is where magic is.

And like knowing that you are given everything you are meant to experience at that moment perfectly divinely for a very specific reason. So gratitude, be grateful for it. You know, like, oh, so I thought that was such brilliant wisdom. I also wanted to share, like if you follow me on social media, you already know about this, but last, not last week, the week before.

I was like randomly coming into my bedroom for something and I saw this flash of black and brown run by and unconsciously I was like, Nikolai a kitty just ran by. I don't know why I said that. We got two cats. I'm not like out here trying to get another cat, you know? But Nikolai, five minutes later, like comes up to the window, knocks on it, and he's like, come outside.

And I see him and he's holding this cat, and this kitty is this brown and black striped tabby. And I see these huge, massive green eyes staring back at me. And when I looked into her eyes, she has this like blue at the center of them, which I've never seen before. And I'm like, what is happening? And then I look down at her feet and.

On every paw. She had five toes, not four or five. And then on the front paw, she had six. So she's a pyl princess man. And I'm like, what? I've never seen so many toes on a kitty in my life. So being who we are, we brought her in and brought her into the bathroom because she was starving. I've never seen a cat so thin in my life.

So we immediately went to go get her kitten food so that she could eat, you know, got her water. I watched her eat and eat, eat, eat, man. Like, oh my God. She was screaming, she was so thin, she was drinking so much water. And she came up and she was the rubies, like sweetest little girl. And I was like, don't you dare Ashley, don't you dare get attached right now because we have two cats, two dogs in a two pet, two bedroom apartment.

Like this place is small and cramped as it is. So. That night, we keep her in the bathroom, but we bring her to the emergency vet because no other vets are open. And we went to see, okay, is she on any lost cat things, right? Like we were looking for posters around our neighborhood and whatever. We go to see if she's microchipped.

And so the, the lady's scanning and there is no microchip. And then she scans again and there's no microchip. And then she flips her around and she was like, oh my God. Oh my God, I think your cat is pregnant. And I swear to God, there were four women in this vet clinic and they all started clapping and cheering and saying, congratulations.

And the blood drained from my face. I was like, li, I listen. She's not my cat. A BI can't have a pregnant cat. I can't do that. I've never had pregnant anything and I can't have more cats in this house. I can't do that. Oh my God. So, but also, it was so interesting because the moment I connected with this cat and Nikolai showed her to me, this is this weird tangent.

The moment I looked into her eyes, I felt this pulsing energy on the back left side of my head. I have never felt that before. I was like, what is this? And when I look into her eyes, I see and feel something completely ancient. Something like, I kept getting this feeling of ancient Egypt. Ancient Egypt, and I couldn't put like, I, that sounds so weird to say out loud, but I'm like, why am I getting this Egyptian noble, priestess type energy?

So we were like, oh, well we gotta get her, you know? A bed and a cat litter box, and we have to keep her in the bathroom because we don't know if she has rabies. We don't know if she has fleas. The emergency vet couldn't look at her. Right. Um, all we knew is she didn't have a microchip and she wasn't in there, lost and found booked.

So then we put her in there and, and we brought her back and kept her in the bathroom. And so I am like feeling so bad because she's in the bathroom for like two days and we're trying to call a vet because we're like, we need to find out if she has feline leukemia or FIV, like we need to see if she's rocking any diseases because she cannot be out with our other cats.

Like, I'm not risking their lives. Right. So we're calling and freaking, every vet I'm calling is like, oh, we can't see you until like next Friday. A number of them were like, we can't see you for a month. And I was like, I can't have this cat in my bathroom for seven more days. I cannot have this happen.

Like I feel so bad she's crawling to try and get out. She's freaking out, man. Like our other cats are screaming and meowing at all hours of the night. Like, oh my God. Finally, it's like, it's Thursday and Nikolai has this vet appointment and it's for Monday, and at least we have some kind of hope. So we're going in and out of the bathroom, sitting with her, telling her she's beautiful, making sure she's eating, and you know, just hanging out with her and she's so cuddly.

She would just lay in your lap and look into your eyes. And I'm like, God, ooh, don't you dare. So then on Friday. Nikolai gets a call that the vet is like, Hey, actually are you the one with a strayed cat? Because we can get you in on Saturday morning. So Nikolai and I are like freaking pumped, man. If anything, like, we're gonna make sure that whatever ear mites she has and if she has fleas, if she has anything, we are, we're getting her treated no matter what.

Like bar none. We're going, we're getting this baby girl treated. So we bring her into the vet and they're like, oh yeah, what's her name? And I'm like, when she doesn't have a name, please, like, we're not attached. Okay. This is just a nice thing that we're doing to support a, a little being. So they go and they see, she has some sort of ear infection and they think she might be pregnant, and I'm like gonna cry or whatever.

And so they're like, okay, well we're gonna draw blood, we're gonna check to see if she has feline leukemia, anything like that. So we're gonna take her. So the vet takes her outside or whatever into another room and Nikolai and I are sitting there and we look at each other and I'm like. I think we gotta name her and, and he was like, well, should we call her like Misha or something?

And that was just his first at the jump. And the first word that I heard in my head was Juul. And I think it's because of her eyes, right? So we're sitting there and then I was like, oh, I should look up on Google, like any Egyptian names, right? Because I'm thinking, oh, we have like ISIS and SEC Met and things like that.

But they didn't resonate in my being. So I Google, and the very first word I see is Aziza. And Aziza in Egypt means Beloved or precious. Beloved or precious. And in Hebrew it stands for Noble. So it's like this beloved, noble, regal. Precious being, and I'm sitting here like this name, Aziza, is literally the frequency of what I was looking for to match her energy.

And I was like, Nikolai, what do you think about Aziza? And he looks at me and he smiles and he's like, oh my God. And we can call her Azizi for short. And so we were like, great. But then I'm like, oh fuck, we're attached. A split second later, the vet opens the door, peeks her head through with a smile, and she was like, what is her name?

Because we need to put it on her vaccine records or certificates or whatever. And I looked at him and I just went silent. And he says, oh, her name is Aziza. And she was like, Aziza is a beautiful name. So she. Goes, brings her back in, we find out she doesn't have feline leukemia, and they bring in an ultrasound machine and we find out that she doesn't have babies.

She's not pregnant. She has worms. And I literally cheer. I'm like, yes, worms. And she said, only in veterinary medicine are people celebrating about worms. And I was like, listen here, okay, I can rock with worms. We can take medicine for that. You know? So we bring her home and if no one claims her from that, lost and found on Monday, she's getting spayed and she's, she's ours.

So what's really cool is that she ran up to Nikolai, she chose him. I watch her look at him like. They've known each other their entire life. I watch her follow him. She yells at him. She like cuddles with him. She sleeps with him sometimes at night. Like their connection is so tangible. I can feel it. And I remember crying to him when I had to tell him that Fern chose me because I knew it would break his beautiful heart.

I knew that he would feel like he wasn't as significant or special. And when I shared with him that Knox Fern and I have had past lives together and that basically we represent a triangle, but that he was there, you know, in a constellation, I knew it would break his heart. And I, and I watched him tear up and then a week later, this little lady runs up to him like they were meant to be.

And I just think it's so incredible how the universe works. And I'm also learning through this journey. Like I told myself not to get attached because we didn't have the room, because I didn't wanna take care of another being because I'm already tired and because I have all these other things I wanna do.

And I am trying to, you know, work on enrichment with our dogs and our cats and all of this stuff. But what she's shown me outside of the energy, and I'm very curious about what happened with the back of my head and why it keeps happening around her, but she's showing me what it means to expand your heart and hold more love, because of course I love her.

How could I not? She's beautiful and precious and beloved. I'm gonna learn so much from her and now she actually balances our home out so that the feminine energy, there's more of us, right? Like there's actually three Tika, myself and her, compared to like when it was just me and like all the dudes, man and Tika, but like, so.

The universe is interesting when it brings in more love for you to hold. And I'm excited to see what happens. And I'm excited to know that he feels special and like he was chosen, especially by such a beautiful being is this. So if you take anything today, learn and allow yourself to surrender to what life brings your way because it's for a specific reason.

And if you can be grateful for everything, you can expand beyond what you think you know and what you think you've ever wanted to uncharted realms to beauty and magic beyond your wildest dreams. But you have to be open to it. You have to be receptive, and you have to surrender to the divinity of what life is trying to bring to you.

So I hope you loved this. I love you, and I hope you have a wonderful magical day. I.
