Hello, Hello! I'm so happy to have you here today. I wanna talk about my mentors because I have been sharing a lot of things that I've been learning or experiencing in people's spaces that I signed up for and it's really interesting when I do that because people are like really excited and they're grateful that they learn something through my share all the way to, I get messages from people demanding that I tell them who my mentors are. It's almost this like expectation, and no one has to do that. I don't have to share these people with anyone. Right? But I also wanted to share them with you if you're here specifically for this information, because it means that you are willing to take a little bit of time out of your life to go a little bit out of your way to find out this information. And I, like, I don't cater to people who demand things of me. And so I also didn't want this information to get buried on an algorithm, especially because of how many people freaking ask me who I've worked with, right? And like at the, at the highest level, I'm gonna share this because I love these people. Truly like each of these people have impacted my life profoundly. I also wanna share some of, you know, some of the areas where I was like, what? And I wanted to share it because these are my own personal experiences. Other people may not have had these experiences at all, you know, and may never, but I just wanna have a space where this information doesn't get lost in an algorithm. And where people who are expecting me to deliver at a moment's notice, even though like this, my spiritual journey started when I was around the age of seven or eight. Okay. I didn't really start getting into mentorship until later in my life specifically because as I was navigating, you know, the years of like being a human, I wanted to see what did I naturally feel called to What areas of the metaphysical realms did I innately feel curious about? And so when I started this path all the way to now, like little version little girl version of Ashley would be like, what is your life like? This is so cool. And it took me years, okay? Years of understanding how to discern energy, years of learning how to manifest teachers who are specifically for me at where I am in my life, right? And knowing exactly what I need, all of that stuff. So I wanna share this information with the caveat of just because I share about them does not mean that they are meant for you, these people. Actually gravitated, all of them gravitated towards my field. I never once went out and googled mentorship in the AK records in OSU Reiki and Psychic mediumship. I never did that. They all came to me through resonance and divine timing. Full stop. A lot of us are learning about the divine feminine, right? And the divine feminine is your ability to receive with an open heart. There are many other things, right? Creation, all of that stuff. Inspiration, um, vulnerability, you know, magic, stuff like that. But I never actively went out to seek these people. They all came to me, whether it was on social, whether someone had had a wonderful experience with this person, and they were like, you know, I think you would really vibe with them or whatever. Like, they always came in really wonderful magical ways. So just because I share about them does not mean that they may be a match for you as I do share about them. If you are feeling pulled or innately curious, there's, there's a specific reason, right? And so that curiosity follow that. Follow it because it's something in your being that's pulling you, even if it's a whisper. And when you allow yourself to do that, don't just jump into mentorship with them. Most of these people have opportunities to work with them in like a small container, whether it's like they have a membership or for like a certain price point, or you have, um, healing sessions or one-on-one private sessions so that you can catch a vibe. I would never advocate to just go all in without knowing a single thing about them, you know, or how they work. 'cause you may not resonate and then you are going to be spending money and energy or, you know, also, we don't wanna break our, our word with people when we sign up for mentorship because it's sacred. We don't want to back out of our contracts and things if you have to sign them. Um, you know, because. Uh, our word is our promise, and it's so important to honor what we say we're gonna do because your unconscious mind is always listening. And so if you don't follow through on your promises, if you don't follow through on your contracts, if you don't follow through on your word, there are repercussions for that energetically, but also because your unconscious starts to not trust you and your conscious decisions. That's a big deal. Furthermore, some of these experiences have been curious, curious, and I wanna share about them because all of these people, I have learned something. And so even if you find yourself in a mentorship where you are like, I don't know about this. Like, what have I gotten into? There's something there for you always, even if you are not delighted by the experience, you will learn something if you are open enough to just allow the experience to happen and say, what didn't I like about this? What is it about this contrast that isn't bringing me joy or bringing me whatever it is that you're seeking? How would you do it differently? Is often what I found myself when walking with these people. And so I have gathered a lot of experience and information in how I choose to hold mentorship with people and what I like as a client and how I feel safe in containers and things like that, you know? So I'm gonna share my experiences and also. They like, these people may not be for you. You may be curious if you are, please book in a session or before that even better, like scour their social media. What are the things they talk about when you tune into their information? How does it feel in your body? Where do you feel it? Why does it feel aligned or misaligned? You know, like all of these things are actually just strengthening the ability for you to perceive and receive information and energy, but also to discern what's true to you, what feels aligned and what doesn't. That's a gift in and of itself, you know? So, um, again, like don't rush to these people just because I mention them. Just feel into your body, sit with it. See if there's like a topic that they talk about that you're like, man, that's really cool. And you go in into their field and you're like, their energy doesn't resonate with me. Well now you know, something to ask your team of light to support you with. Right? So one of the things that I started doing, um, that was really helpful is I would ask my team of light out loud. Like when I would go on walks with the dogs, because then when I'm talking, I don't look insane to people 'cause they think I'm talking to my dogs. But I'm not, I'm talking to the angels in my spirit guides because I am a snicky little lady. But what I would do is I would ask out loud team of light, please bring me a mentor or a teacher who can support me in whatever it is. Please bring them to my field in a way that I cannot miss. I cannot doubt. And I know for 100% certainty that they are the mentor for me. And then. I would sit back and I would live my life and I would just see who comes across my field that I am intrigued about. If I'm intrigued and curious, I book in a session with them. If I like them, I like how they are. I like what they teach. I feel like they can teach me something, right? Then I ask about mentorship or I book into their mentorship program if it's listed. Okay, so I like, this is just my process. Again, like I don't have to share this information, but I'm doing it because there's such a hunger, and I'm specifically doing it for the people who believe in reciprocity. People who do not come just to take for personal and self gain. They're doing it because they're innately curious and they're open-hearted, and they understand that when you get this information, like I have spent eight years of my life alone building my career. I have spent over a hundred thousand dollars in mentorship and certifications and programs from people that I have come across that I believe in. That is my lifetime that I am sharing with you. And so I understand and know that the people who are in my sphere feel the weight and gravity of what I'm about to share with you. Mentorship to me, is sacred because of who I have become because of their mastery and their guidance. Okay, so out of that aside, sorry. It just, it's a really big deal to me. You know, like, uh, this is so important. So first and foremost, outside of asking your team of light for support in whatever it is, maybe it's the Akashic records, maybe it's tarot, oracle intuition, psychic mediumship, maybe it's reiki. Any of those things, ask out loud. Lean back. Your lean back energy is your divine feminine. And then see what inspires you. Who naturally comes across in your field? Who are people talking about that you love and resonate with? Like, just be in a state of curiosity and receptivity and you will be brought someone at the most perfect time for your specific journey. So trust. Just trust, okay. We get really excited. We wanna do these things now. We want it to be really fast, but there are things that have to click into place for both you and the other person in order to be a match, you know? Okay. So first and foremost, um, my, the mentor that I respect the most, the mentor who has changed fundamentally, my entire lived experience is my higher self. Some of you're gonna roll your eyes at that, but I swear to you so much. Of my life is because of my intuition and my connection to my higher self. I mean, even I, I taught myself how to manifest these people by asking out loud and asking for what I want and asking for crystal clarity, right? Like I taught myself that. I taught myself what energy feels like in my body, how I feel, like what is true for me. What is resonant when my logical mind and my program mind try to tell me otherwise. The most significant connection and relationship you will ever have is the one with your self, the one with your higher self. Just really let that land that is so key. Something I shared, um, recently that I think is very, very, very important. If you want to start cultivating a deeper connection with your higher self, consider every night before you go to bed saying out loud or in your mind, like higher self, please place me in a cocoon and attune me to the frequencies you know that I need for my specific journey right now. Or, um, hire self. Please place me in a cocoon and attune me to the frequencies that will help me release or purge any density, any distortions, any limiting beliefs, any shadows, anything that you feel called to asking for support around. The more that you. Consciously choose to connect with your higher self and ask questions and ask for support, the more you will be supported. We do not ask enough because we think we're these like lone wolves out here, just like braving the wilderness. It's not true. You have a full team, but also when you start asking your higher self, you allow your higher self to support your sovereignty by saying, oh. They're ready for me. Okay? I talk to my higher self all the freaking time, right? I ask questions all the time. I see what they wanna share, what I wanna share. I see how I feel in my body. I'm, I'm making it a conscious choice every single day to connect with myself. You are your own best mentor. Truly. You have all the information you have ever been looking for. Everything is within you. The kingdom of heaven is within you. Everything you desire, even the Akashic field is within you, right? Because you have an over soul. The over soul is all of you, all parallel, multi-dimensional, all aspects of you all incarnations, everything everywhere, all at once. Like in the movie, you are everywhere. You are here you are in the past, you're in the future. You are omniscient, omnipresent. You are a fractal of God embodied. But we come to have these experiences with a singular perspective in density. To be able to experience, you know, more, to be able to feel more, to be able to learn from other people, to learn through contrast, to learn, through mirroring, to learn through resonance, to learn through expansion, right? Like that's why we're here having a human experience and why we're not a collective hive mind yet. So your higher self is so sky your back baby. Okay. Next up, my first true mentor. Um, she is a family friend. I grew up with her. She started following her heart to Sui Reiki, and I was so enamored that I was like, listen, I totally believe in energy healing. I wanna learn how to do this. So her name is Karen Richie, and she no longer attunes people or teaches people, but I wanted to give her a shout out because she gave me my base level foundation that was like built from everything, right? Like I learned about the chakra system. Through her, I learned about, like, I went from level one all the way to getting attuned to the master teacher level in OSU Reiki. Through her, she has given me probably one of the most profound gifts of my lifetime because she taught me, again, at a foundational level energy work. And I vividly remember being so scared to go to level one because we were going to be with other people. Who obviously are going through level one and two, right. And I'm like, God, I don't know how to do any of this. Right? So scary. And I have to practice with people. Like, what if I can't do it? What if it doesn't work? What if I'm just like wasting my time and Karen's time And you know, what if I don't get it? What if it's too complex? Um, what if I do something wrong and cause pain or harm, you know? Well, I remember one of the things we did, um, outside of getting atuned and practicing with each other, which was just wonderful, but we had went through a meditation and it was a guided one. And I don't remember what it was through, I'm sorry. But I remember going through that meditation and when I came out of it, I looked at Karen, my teacher, she had an actual orange aura, just glow. I saw like tangible orange in her ORIC field all around her. I had never seen that before. I had never seen it, so, Hmm. Pure. So vibrant and I haven't really seen them again. I see subtle energy fields around people very, very, very subtly. But that, that was so cool. And so I went and got the foundation of Ussu Reiki, and you can find ussu reiki practitioners all over. I actually highly recommend before anyone goes and gets attuned or wants to learn about this healing modality in this work, is to have an in-person session with someone because you wanna see, do I wanna do this with people? Do I wanna do this for myself specifically? And only for me, um, do I like how their energy feels around my system? You know? And then that's how, that's like, that's how you can start. So I had reiki sessions with Karen and I remember. I was so enamored, and that's why I actually went to her to learn, because specifically she went through my whole field. And I remember laying there and I was like seeing colors behind my eyelids, but I thought I was making it up. And, um, at the end of one of our sessions, I think my first session with her, she was combing through my energy field, like above my chakras, my, uh, whole body. I, I didn't see her, but now I know what she was doing. She was running her hands through my field. And I swear to you, I felt like she was taking cobwebs out of my energy field. I could feel strings leaving my body. It was so physically tangible that I'm like, how did you do this? So I was like, you girl, I need to know. I need to learn this. So I went through all the way to master teacher and I recognized that I liked the attunements, but I didn't like how complex USI Reiki is. Like, and it is a sacred act of reverence for Ussu Reiki. You get these symbols, you are attuned to them energetically. You bring them into your life. They're complex symbols though. The process that you walk through with clients also pretty complex. That's why I never really did it with people because I was like, this is a whole thing. I'm nervous about forgetting this stuff. Like forgetting these core details, you know, like the whole process. What if I screw it up? So I just let it go. But I kept the foundation of the chakra systems and energy, how to ground yourself, things like that. So that's usi, Reiki. Um, okay, next one of my other mentors. I have a few in here that I'm gonna share with you. Okay. Uh, just as a little thing I wanted to mention, her name was Ashley Wood when I, when I came across her, but her name now is Ashley Hamon. She teaches a workshop about how to open the IC records. So she was a mentor for a little bit, and I am so grateful I learned how to access the Akashic records through her because she, um, she teaches you, I think it's like $555 right now, which may sound crazy to some people, but when you learn how to access them, it's a gift you have for life. I really respected the way that. She meets you in the Akashic records where it's like such a, such a respectful, like re like reverence again is the word that's coming through for your ability to access the records. I had always felt called to them, but I didn't know if I could do it. Like I thought it was just something you were born with. And really it's about like attuning your frequency, um, creating safety in your nervous system, calming your mind, setting the intention. And then Ashley teaches you I think, two prayers that act like frequency codes that unlock access to the records. The reason why I'm bringing Ashley up, even though she wasn't like directly my mentor, um, for like, you know, months at a time or anything like that, is because I had another mentor who I'm gonna mention a little bit later who taught us another way to access the records. And I really didn't like it. Uh, it didn't have this same depth, the same expansion, the same feel, the same information that I I received through Ashley. So if you are ever curious, I would recommend checking out Ashley Hamline and her company is called A Line Within. Um, she has under her workshops, I think, how to read the Akashic Records. One of the things she teaches you is, um. The prayer for opening the Akashic records, the first one she learned is from a woman named Dr. Linda Howe. And you can access that prayer actually for free on the internet, or you can grab her book if you want. But Ashley teaches you like a pre-process before you open the record. She teaches you how to do certain things, um, what happens when something comes up, should you be working with children? Um, what about people who are drinking, how to clear your energy field, all of that stuff. So it's a pretty well-rounded training. And, um, I actually worked with quite a few people because of the Akashic records, and now I just mainly do it for myself, but still, like, I just thought it was so wonderful. Um, yeah. So, oh, also Dr. Linda Howe. Just as a side note, what I thought was so fascinating is that she actually channeled that prayer to enter the Akashic records on nine 11. So in the States, you know, like a day of just like, oh. Chaos and sadness and destruction and fear and pain, you know, but to be given a frequency gift of that caliber, just wow, we are so lucky. Okay, so that's the Akashic records. So we've touched on Ussu, Reiki, the Akashic records. Next up, someone that I work with at least once a year who has been my mentor for a few of her longer term programs is Courtney Beck. Courtney Beck is my Australian friend and healing goddess. She channels being like Krishna, ISIS, Shiva, Pavar, Ganesha, um, Archangel, uh, Michael. Like it runs the gamut. This woman is a channeler. That's why she's here for a collective consciousness. She offers one-on-one healing sessions where, um, you can ask a question about something that you're going through in your life and then she will literally drop in and, uh, she will write the information and you'll receive an email about it. I own every single one of her books. They are so profound. I learn something new every time I crack one of them open, right? Like. Oh my God. So Courtney, I usually work with at least once a year, mainly for my birthday. I don't know why. I just love it. It became a tradition. I, ugh. It's always so great. 'cause usually they give me an energetic gift or some sort of epiphany or breakthrough or something that fully lands that I didn't have words for. I've worked with her in her other, um, longer term programs where just like releasing a lot of stuff or attuning to new things. She has a. Uh, mighty Network's membership called the End Collective and End is ENTE Collective, where she has meditations, healings, courses, and channeled guidance to help you unlock the magic that's within you. And I'm, I've been a member for years. I like, she is so generous in that community. It is. Oh my God, it is phenomenal. She has meditations for so many different things, whether you want, or, or like even classes and courses about mediumship channel guidance. Guidance from Krishna or isis or ATE if, or heti. Um, any being that wishes to step through to share information, she will share. And so those information, like things that you receive, those messages often feel like in activation or you'd get some sort of insight that just lands in you. So whether you ever feel called to working with Courtney. In a one-on-one capacity, or if you feel like joining her collective for like a month or more or years, like me, you will get something out of it. Like, and the community is phenomenal. All of those people are so loving and beautiful. So I just like Courtney Beck. I, I think I met her in 2017 because I listened to a podcast episode from one of my now friends. Um, her name's Natalie Stein. And I met her because I was curious about astrology and finding out what my cosmic calling is, which was my career. And so she would pull your astrology chart to share with you? Well, she had Courtney Beck on and I was listening to Courtney talk about how, you know, she connected with, um. Krishna, who is her main guide. And the experience was so crazy that I was like, what? How do you even make this up? And then the information she channels, you sit back and you're like, dang. Oh my God. What? Uh, I've also had Courtney Beck. Uh, I'm so grateful. I've had Courtney Beck on the Free Your Heart Podcast. Um, she's one of my first episodes, I think, and it was so good. It's still one of my most popular episodes, and Courtney's actually gonna come back on my podcast. She'll be my first returning guest, which feels like, ugh. Amazing. I love her. Good God. I love her. Okay, um, I need just a sip of water, so if you have water by you, take a drink, baby. Okay. Next up. A person who resonated in my field a few years ago, Kim Capano. I started talking about him. A number of people have worked with him because I was like, this man is so freaking gifted. I can't even understand. So Kim Capano on TikTok is called the Light Seer and just a little bit about him, he's a Hawaiian high seer. He can see through different dimensions, he can see where illness or pain and stuff is in your body. He also is a profound teacher, so I know that he offers some type of class workshop setting right now that I haven't been a part of 'cause I haven't felt called. But I've worked with him I think for four sessions now. And the reason why I felt drawn to him outside of his teaching, which is so grounded and rooted in love and discernment and really stripping away, you know, the religious conditioning that's in fear and stuff like that. He teaches very grounded, like from such a grounded place. But I specifically wanted to work with him because I wanted to understand what my light code is and your light code is. Uh, basically the color of your soul. And I wanted to know what the color of my soul was, because I'm like, there are certain archetypal energies associated to those that color, right? Well, I found out that you don't get to learn your light code until the third or fourth session. And I was like, well, good god. But it was worth it because my first session with him, he was able to tune in and tell me specifically what gifts I had that were very active and what ones were dormant or ready to start awakening. And then he teaches you how to, like, with certain practices and things like that to be able to start bringing those online. Like one of the ones that I found so fascinating that he said that was starting to come online for me, um, he was saying like, we actually have more Claire's, like, you know, clairvoyance, Claire Cognizance, CLA Sentience, Claire Audience, Claire Tany, Claire Gustine, things like that. We actually have more and um. People just haven't really talked about it yet. And he said that I have one, he calls basically Claire Chaos. And I was like, what the shit does that mean? But he said a really good example of someone in Claire Chaos is Lady Gaga. And so when you feel into her energy, she is very, very, very expansive, very creative, like able to channel information through her own gift of like magic and things like, or songs, music and magic basically. And so he was teaching me basically how to open that gift and things like that, but it's also your ability to, you know, be empathic and just weaving all these things together. So I have had multiple sessions with him. I also had a healing session with him because I struggled with something in my neck. Like I was so tight, I couldn't have like my broad range of motion. It was very limited. So I remember one session I was sitting with him and he was. Okay, well we're gonna do this process. And I told him about my neck and he checked my range and all of that. He drops in and I physically feel him or his guides actually moving energy in my neck. It was so tangible that I was like, shut up. I feel this. Immediately after he did it, I had full range of motion. The pain in my neck completely dropped. It was like so shocking that I've sent people who are really struggling specifically with like migraines and stuff like that to him. Um, a a really cool thing that happened for me is I was telling him about, you know, my interest in channeling and how I just, like, I hear Claire ly and he said, yeah, that, that makes sense. It's one of your gifts, right? And he said that. While most people think of channeling, where you're like being taken over by an entity, specifically Thanks media, but really it means that information flows through you. And when he was sharing that about me, he was looking down at my energy chart and what my intuitive gifts are and he was like, oh my gosh, Ashley, I'm gonna give you a Hawaiian name. And I was like, what? And he was like, yeah, in Hawaii you have to be gifted a name from, you know, a native Hawaiian. And I was like, no way. Like what are you? What are you tuning into? And he said, I'm going to call you No way Ani. Which translates to wisdom of the heavens. And that felt like a sacred key code to me. I actually keep that very close to my heart. Um, that. God, that just makes me wanna cry. It's so beautiful. So I have that. Um, and you never know working with chemo, like he, he's gonna be very real with you. He is going to give you tools and information and when you work with him, he's going to expect you to do it. He shared with me that my light code is actually interesting because it's two colors, it's blue and green. And maybe one of the reasons why he was the way he is with me and has been, um, specifically with more like. You are going to do this. And he, he, I don't, this is gonna sound weird, but he holds me to a high, a higher standard because of the blue color, the blue light. And that is basically like this thirst and yearning to, to learn, but also because I hold people at, um, high standards in their gifts that he is expecting to do the same for me because the more that I push him, um, in his own mentorship, the more that he grows as a being and vice versa. And the light green, or the green light is also, um, about reciprocity and how I actually fundamentally need reciprocity in order to, um, be fully in my gifts in order to feel like people are paying attention. Um. I, I didn't have language for that, but then I, I'm like, okay, yeah, this is why I feel bitter around these things. Why when I share things on social media, especially Instagram, where the algorithm is like, your video's over three minutes and we're not sharing it with people because attention spans. Do you wanna edit it? And I'm like, no, this video is eight minutes. And it is a masterful teaching if people wanna learn. Um, so they don't pump out content like that. Which is why it would be so frustrating when I would share something that would just be like an absolute hit on TikTok and by a hit, I mean, I would get meaningful comments from people who genuinely watch the entire video and had something they had to take away, something they were gonna bring into their life. Something they wanted to reflect back to me or something. They wanted to thank me for something they see in me. You know, like that's reciprocity. I've also had it where I, or like to go back to Instagram when I would get very few comments or people weren't seeing the video. I'm like. I poured my heart into this. I could be selling this information, I could be having it behind a paywall, and yet you are not going to share with people, you know, so the lack of reciprocity on Instagram, so fun. Um, but one of the things that also pushed me from a reciprocity standpoint is I have a button in my, um, on Buzz Sprout that says, support the show. So I have this high hope that like I never put ads in both the Free Your Heart Podcast or In Insightful. I'm hoping that I don't have to do that because I know how frustrating it is to be receiving this information, be in Flow, and then you get interrupted by some ad. So I put, uh, support the show link in there, which basically takes you to a platform called Buy Me a Coffee, although I like to call it like, share a gift. Basically, I am, uh. Y'all. I wanna, I wanna break outta capitalism. I wanna shift capitalism. I would love to have it be where I share information with you and you feel called to share your abundance with me in a way where I can keep doing this without needing like, you know, a whole bunch of. External things like I would love to be able to heal people for free, but I have bills just like you and I need to put food on the table and things like that. So if you ever feel called to sharing with me, this is like, it feels so stretchy to say, but like if you ever feel moved by something I say, if something I say lands in you and supports you, if you learn a tool that helps you, you know, like if I shift you ship, if I shift your perspective on anything and it like in a positive, loving, intuitive way, if you feel like sharing with me, whether it's your words in an email or whether it's your financial abundance, by that support my show, you know, like I would be so grateful because again. Reciprocity feels amazing. And also like one of the things I fundamentally believe is every dollar I spend comes back to me tenfold. I am the person money loves and I move. Like money is always arriving, and so I know when I share and spend it with love, I receive that in spades. And I know that's the same for you too, should you feel like cultivating that belief. So again, chemo is amazing. He's an incredible healer. He is very, very, very gifted. When people are confused about their gifts or wanting to know like, what do I actually have in my sphere? What do I have access to now? How can I deepen that and expand it? How can I trust it? Chemo is a wonderful, wonderful teacher. Um, and he'll push you. So just, you know, just be prepared for that and like, bring questions. He expects you to have questions about things, whether it's his own work, whether it's his own gifts, whether it's something you're accessing within yourself. Come prepared with questions. Okay. Um, next up, A new person that I worked with this year, the person who actually really started, um, my stories on TikTok started gaining a lot of traction when I was learning from her. Her name is Vanessa Ren, and I joined her, um, for basically learning about. How to become more psychic. So her TikTok handle is crystal consciousness, and she goes by psychic. Vanessa, I came across a TikTok video after I asked her, or not her, after I asked my spirit team to bring me someone to help me expand in my psychic gifts. And so I came across just, she wasn't even, I wasn't even looking for her, but on TikTok, she shared about her pleidian guide. And I was like, this information literally tracks with so many other things that I have been learning from other channelers who connect to the galactic realm. It's 12. 12. Yes. Um, and so I was like, okay. If you are so psychic, like I feel drawn to you, I like how your heart feels. I am going to book in a psychic reading with you just for fun. Not because I really need to know anything pertinent, but just because I'm like, what are you gonna pull through in my field? Right? So I get on and the very first thing she says to me, she's like, oh my God, you're a writer. And I was like, yeah. And I didn't interact with her videos or anything other than I just viewed her video. Like I, and she has thousands of people following her, so I can't really, I probably didn't even register in her field, right. But I was like, yeah. I am a writer, and she's like, you're building something right now that's very important to you. And I was like, yeah, that's actually really true. And she was like, but you're scared of bringing it out. And I'm like, I am. Well flash forward, it's between realms and between realms is my space where I share the information and messages I get in the dream realm, um, specifically for the collective because I get very significant symbolic information in breakthroughs and epiphanies and healings in the dream space, I also share channeled information I get from beings like Artemis or my higher self, or, um, I had, uh, I have had many angels come through with a specific archetypal focus, like on money or harmony, things like that. And, um, I also share my living stories because I am so present in my life that I actually experience in the moment epiphanies and breakthroughs and spiritual insights and downloads just by being present in my life. And then I share that with others so that they can glean insights of their own and they can expand their own wisdom and intuition. So if you feel called to that. But, um, so for Vanessa to open with that, I was like so shocked. And then we're on a phone call, so you're not on Zoom with her when you have these sessions. And she was like. Oh, um, you're wearing pink today. And I was like, shut up. I am. I wasn't even gonna wear pink. I was gonna wear blue. I remember vis like visibly, I was standing in my closet thinking, oh, I'm gonna wear blue today. And then I was like, no pink. And I'm like, why? I don't, I only own two pink shirts. Like I own so much blue and green and black. Like what is this? And she was like, well, pink is actually your color. And I was like, no, it's not. And she was like, it is because it's the higher heart chakra. And she was like, you work with people's hearts. And I was like, oh my God. She knows me. Like with what? And so she was just pulling through all this information and she was like, oh, your guides are saying you're ready for mentorship. And she was telling me the reason why your business hasn't gotten to where you thought it would be is because you haven't owned that. You're a psychic. And I was like, I can't own that. I don't believe that. Like I have some shit around the word psychic, right? And she was like, but you are. And you just need a few tools and things to be able to, um, relax into your gifts and to trust yourself. And she was like, I actually have my level one mentorship starting in like two weeks. No pressure. But if you feel called, I would love to mentor you. And I'm like, fine, I'm in. Duh. So she taught us exer. You're in a group, right? So in her mentorship specifically, um, for that level one, you, it's, oh God, it's amazing. You learn about you gifts specifically. So she tunes in, she tunes into some past life information. She teaches you how to access the Akashic Records, which is the person I was mentioning to you when I talked about, um, Ashley Hamon. But she teaches you a different way and Vanessa's way works for her, but it doesn't really work for me because my brain gets in the way. Um, and it felt like too imaginative versus when I open the records the other way through the Pathway Prayer, which is the one that was channeled by Dr. Linda Howe, that one, because there's a process to it, it helps me get my mind outta the way. So. Um, outside of that, you get to be in a cohort with other people. So during that mentorship, every Sunday you get together and you practice with each other through her methodology and her tools. There was one tool that I wanted to share with you because it feels really important and I really wish that everyone had access to this because if anything, you have a very, very, very, very quick and profound way of, um, grounding and clearing your field and connecting to Gaia. So she, I feel like I'm gonna share this. Okay. Part of me is like, I paid $1,500 to learn this information, and the other part of me is like, but this, this very, very specific information I feel like should be free to everyone. Okay. Okay. So she calls it, um, ground center, ground center, source shield, and. You do this for like 10 to 15 minutes, I do it every day. So what you do is you move your awareness, your consciousness, to the base of your spine, and then you imagine roots down from your base of your spine running through your legs, down the soles of your feet, down to the earth, like 10 feet into the ground. And then you imagine stretching your roots 30 feet into the ground. For me, I actually like imagining my roots going all the way to the center and the core crystal of the earth. And then I imagine that the moment I connect to the crystal of the earth, like that light shoots up all of my roots. So then she shares, you breathe in, you breathe the energy in from the earth all the way to the center of your heart basically. So you imagine that energy flowing up through your roots into the center of your heart, and then you disperse that energy throughout your whole body. So you just imagine as you're breathing it in and then it hits your, your heart and then it just radiates through your entire being. So right now you've hit the ground stage and you've. Now we're gonna do source and center. So when you feel like you have broaden that light in and it's dispersing through your body, imagine that you're pulling in source white light energy down from the sky into your body and down all the way through your head, your neck, your shoulders, your arms, your heart, your torso, your hips, your legs, your thighs, your calves, your feet down, all the way into the roots that you have connected to Gaia. So then after you do that, imagine energy from the earth and source are rising to meet you in your heart together at the same time. You can, maybe that takes like a breath, maybe it takes 2, 3, 4, 5 breaths. So imagine as you're pulling energy both from source and from the earth into your heart, and then you can breathe out. And imagine as you're taking that energy and popping that energy out around you into a shield, maybe that shield is white light, maybe it's golden white light, maybe it's invisible, maybe it's sparkling, whatever that is for you. It's your energy shield. And then she shares take three white light breaths in so that your shield becomes bright or as, or brighter than the sun. I hope that makes sense. I do this every day. It's amazing because you are connecting to very important parts of yourself, right source, Gaia your soul light, and then imagining a shield. And, um, she shared, and I remember this. Vividly. But she was like, you need to do this every time you think you're gonna start doing psychic work. And one time I did not do it when I went directly into the records and I had a terrible experience, like a terrible, terrible, scary experience because my energy, um, my unconscious mind had fear and I didn't know right until it was presented externally. And there was knocking and scratching on my bed and scratching on my windows and like heat and like spasming in my muscles, all this stuff. And so if you ever feel like you're gonna do psychic work, intuitive work, oracle work, anything where you're tuning into the subtle realms, consider grounding, pulling energy from source and creating a shield around yourself or asking your team of light to support you. So one of the things about working with Vanessa, um. There are two things that I didn't quite enjoy being in her space, and I just wanna be like, this is my own expectation. This is my own stuff. So like, please don't take this and let this be with you if it's not resonant. Okay. One of the things I didn't appreciate is like she said, okay, I've, you're with me for a month in this psychic mentorship, and I'm like, basically in your pocket, whatever you need. Ask me any of the questions. I'm here for you. Well, guess what? Every time I had a question, it would take like a week for her to respond. I had two times very, very, very scary things that I didn't understand how to protect myself, how to, like what I did wrong. Two scary things at night. And I was like, what do I do? What's happening? How do I fix this? And she didn't get back to me until it was my time for the following week to have a session with her that sucked. Like. That really sucked because you told me like you set the expectation and then, and partially she also had like a medical thing that happened. So like that aside, because I totally get it, you're a human. Like we're all navigating this experience. But I was just like so bummed because out of all of the times in my life, I really needed someone to support me with those skills. And she didn't meet me until I had figured it out. Like, and that was my own higher self figuring it out. Right? And like when I shared these stories on TikTok, it was people saying like, oh, maybe it's your Kundalini energy. Oh, you need to command the energy to leave. Or, oh, you need to welcome this in and love it and shine the light of your love on this energy, right? To clear the distortion or to raise the frequency of it. But it didn't come from her. So that sucked. Um, another thing that I didn't fully appreciate outside of getting to work with other, um, I think there were. Two or three other women in our cohort, which was wonderful and I loved getting to meet them. Part of it is when you work with people who are new just like you, well we want to support other people who are doing it. So it's like, did what I share resonate? Did it land or are you being kind? Right? Um, often when I was in the records and she was telling me to do these things, I'm like, this feels like imagination. This feels like not true. And she would be like, I literally wrote this down from the records, and I'm like, but did you, did you like, is this real? Like just because I picked up on a past life of someone who is like 20 in like Italy or whatever, like, did you write, is that true? Like, so that's like a, a tricky thing for my own beliefs, belief system to work through, you know? Um, is the imagination piece, because it's one thing to sit across from someone and say, you're wearing a pink shirt, and they're not looking at me, and I'm like, that's absolutely true. It's another thing to say. Oh yeah. And. In ancient Greece, you are this person and you had these things. And I'm like, how do I know? So it just wasn't like tangible. And then also every week with her, she would give you the name of someone and something they're going through and you were meant to tune in, which is amazing, right? But the problem was, because I pay attention, it was the same people. And so I'm like, these are your friends, right? And so it's not like new information is coming through. I'm, I'm using pattern recognition to say, oh yeah, I know why they would be going through this. It feels this way because they're going through this, dah, dah, dah. Partially it's my own intuitive information, but it's also because I realize, oh, you're about to go through a breakup. Of course this person shouldn't be living with you. Of course, maybe it would feel more expansive for them to be near their hometown, where they're in their forest that they love things like that. On the flip side though, there were things when we were in our group mentorship, like with the other people, and I had been paired with her where I absolutely knocked it outta the park and she would be like, floored. And I don't say that from an ego perspective, I say, because it shows you that she helped me calibrate this intuitive information for myself to actually perceive things that she could. Tangibly say, this is true. Like, as an example, I remember I picked up, um, I was like, I don't know why, but I see mountains and I feel like you are actually supposed to travel just for fun. And I think you have to go to the mountains and I think you should be leading retreats. Like, 'cause she's, she's so gifted. I'm like, you should absolutely be leading retreats. Um, you would be so amazing at it. And she looked at me and like, her jaw dropped and she was like, Ashley, I got off the phone with my best friend before this call because we are going to book a trip to Colorado. We're doing it for fun, like all this stuff. And then a like a few, like 20 minutes later during our group mentorship, she was like pausing people. And she's like, wait, Ashley, I just have to share with you. Like, this is an old notebook. And I just flipped the page. And on this page in big writing, it says retreats question mark. And I'm like, oh. So I did learn like wonderful things in her field. I just would've gone about a few things differently or I would have, I would've set different expectations. And also if you feel called to psychic mentorship, I think Vanessa's wonderful period. Um, another person that I worked with specifically for mediumship, her name is Christine. Um, I always say, is it Aga, A-G-H-A-I will put their names in a list and link to them. Uh, Christine is an evidential medium and she is so gifted. And so in my mentorship with her, she really helped me work through the fear of calling in you like lower dimensional beings or, um, whenever spirits come, you know, how do I handle that? Because I'm like burping up energy, which is really interesting that this is happening. Whoa. Okay. Sorry. Um, getting to work with her in her gifts, she helped me move through so much fear. She helped me create a process to be able to connect, to be able to test the connection. Um, like to help work through the doubt. Actually, it's so cool because in my work with her, we developed a program called Spirit led, which is this, um, basically intensive for beginners and it's where I bring all of my questions in our, our work together. I bring them to her and she answers them. She gives you tools like muscle testing. She gives you things you can speak out loud to working with your team in that replay of that program. That's also in my link. Um, if you have any questions about that, you can drop me a message or if you wanna work with her specifically directly, like drop her a note. She is, she is. Absolutely phenomenal. I have learned so much from Christine and also she's one of my like best friends, even though we've never met each other. We had happened to meet in a program we were in together and just randomly, and she was like, I love your energy. Would you mind hopping on a call with me? And I don't do that with people. Because when I started my business, a lot of people just wanted to pick my brain and get information for free. And it made me very bitter and resentful because there was no reciprocity. So I don't do that. But there was something about Christine's energy where I could feel the purity of her heart. And then now she's been my friend for years and I love her. I send people her way. Like, oh, she's amazing. Okay, next up, another person who came into my field. Um, I had listened to a podcast and I was so enamored with the information she was sharing, but mainly how her energy felt to my system that I booked in a session with her. And she opened my session by saying, you channel, um, heart codes, you channel source codes through the purity of your heart. And she was like, you actually channel rainbow energy through your heart space for people to heal and to calibrate to. And I was like, what? That's, that's how she opened it. And she was like, you just have to be in presence with people in order for them to receive wholeness codes to calibrate to. She was like, it's like seeing, um, rainbows are all over. And I remember after closing that session a few days later, I took the dogs out. It was February. It was cold, a F outside, but I was like, I gotta, I gotta see the sun. I took the dogs, I rounded a corner I never take, and there in the middle of the snow was this vibrant sticker that was an orange but made of rainbows. And I was like, okay, spirit, like you really locked this in. So I then found out through one of her emails that she actually teaches and attunes people to angelic reiki. And when I tell you what I felt in my body to that, I was like, I'm in, like I need this. And then I let it go outta fear. 'cause I'm like, do I really actually need. Do I actually need another healing modality? Like I have an lp, I have hypnosis, I have EFT tapping, like I have ussu reiki, I have advanced change work. Like I have all this stuff. Do I really need another thing? So I let it go, let it go, let it go, let it go. And then it was like two days before she was going to close the doors on teaching and attuning people to level one and two Angel reiki, where I was like, I'm in. And she was like, okay. But just so you know, this is gonna be intense energy basically, because for the three days prior to before you actually start getting attuned, there is an entire thing that you read out loud that basically clears your entire field, anything in your line. Like it is a massive, massive, massive clearing and tuning invocation. And she was right. It was so much for my system, but I wanted to take angelic reiki for me and not for anyone else. All of the things that I have learned. Everything that I have learned up until this point I have done because I've wanted to bring it into my business and bring it to other people. Angelic reiki is the thing that taught me to do everything for myself, first and foremost, simply because I love myself. I do angelic reiki healing on myself at least once a week. Like even this even just happened last week. I felt a cold coming on. I woke up with it. I did an angelic reiki session. Guess who didn't get a cold? Like the number of times that has happened for me? Um, so Lum is an amazing teacher and she basic, like the thing about Angel Reiki is she'll teach you, but she doesn't give you the core foundational stuff that I learned in new Sue Reiki. So it's kind of like you go into this already, like you know about the chakra system. You trust and believe that energy work works, right? Like, but what I love about angelic reiki is that you are the conduit in the channel for these angelic codes from the angelic kingdom of light. Like, oh my God, it feels amazing. I love this modality so much. It has helped me so much in my own life. And the synchronicities in the messages from spirit and the angels that I have received, the things I have helped people like flow through because of angelic reiki. I was like, I want to get attuned to the master level at three and four. And so. That way I actually can give this gift to other people because you are attuned to be able to attune others once you are the channel and received these, they're reiki symbols, um, that are somewhere in ussu reiki that are, uh, coated into your spinal column. So they live in your field. But I also like the way the energy feels is so, it's so beyond. It's so beautiful. It is the gift of my lifetime to be able to even access this energy is so pure. Like, ugh. Um, the thing that I'll say about EMM is that the, you have three days and they're like five hours for level one and two, and you can ask questions, you know, to her. But like, I would ask her a question, I would have a question pop up, like after my, our. Thing had closed, our container had closed just because I didn't know I would have that question and she wouldn't get back to me. And, you know, she actually doesn't owe me anything. Right? Like, I paid for the container, I paid for the information and the attunements and the energy and all of that stuff, and she doesn't owe me anything. It just kind of hurt my heart because I needed to know, like I had never experienced something like this before. You know? I didn't know what type of question to ask. Um, and she, it basically taught me like once the container is closed, it's closed, and. Sorry. You know, and, and that's okay. Truly. That's okay. I hold nothing against her. It just hurt, like, hurt my heart because I was like, I, I literally didn't know. And I just needed insight around this, um, specifically around like fear, you know. Um, but outside of that, highly recommend. And I have one class left this month to take for Angel reiki, and then I can start beginning teaching and attuning other peoples to all the levels that are available to us right now, which. I am like scared about because am I gonna be a decent teacher? Am I gonna be able to convey the information? Is there a way I can teach it where it's not five hours a day for a weekend? Because that is exhausting, especially after working the whole week, you know? So I just, I have to see and feel into that. Um, but I'm very excited. And so these are all of the main spiritual mentors I've had. I've had a few business mentors, right? But I wanted it to be spiritual because there's such a hunger right now for people to learn how to develop their gifts and to trust themselves and to feel aligned and how to discern and how to work through fear and limiting beliefs and distortions and programming and, and stuff like that. Um, but I'm very excited. Because my next mentor, it just, I knew it. I knew it. I knew she was gonna be it. The moment I had my first session with her, and if you've heard her name before, this won't be new to you, especially on my platforms. But Johanna Bloom of Bloom Animal Communication is my, my newest mentor. And I'm working with her beginning next week for four weeks. And I am so excited. I'm so excited every time I'm in her presence, like even um, the sessions I've had with her, it's like I'm developing a telepathic communication with the animals, and now it's working on trusting that connection, working through any emotional. Uh, blocks or beliefs I have that are keeping me from fully accessing those impressions, those images, those feelings, the words I'm hearing, the messages, all that stuff. And so I'm really excited because what I'm learning about myself is like, when I'm pulled to certain people, it's because they have a gift to share with me. And it's because it's that specific time where I'm ready to receive it. And also it meets me specifically where I'm at in my life, where I'm ready. Like I think because of my work with Vanessa, I'll be able to tune in more quickly. With Johanna, I'll be able to move through information at a more effortless rate. Because of working with Vanessa, I was able to quickly and more fully comprehend and understand angelic reiki because of my work with Karen and Ussu Reiki, like I'm, I'm able to articulate certain things about my gifts because of my work with chemo, like. I understand how energy feels when I'm tuning into the AK records and when I tune into other people, if it's like someone who has passed because they touched my crown, what side of my crown am I having a guide step forward in my own team? Is it someone else's guide? Is it a galactic being based on where they're touching me because of my work with the Akashic records, because of my work with Courtney Beck, right? Like because of my work with chemo. So all of that to say, again, just because I mention these people, doesn't mean that they may be aligned with you. Check out their information and how it feels in your body. See if you feel a pull, a tug on your heart. If you feel curious, if you feel like, whoa, there's something in here for me. They may not even be the teacher for you, but they may be adore. You know, they may be unlocking something within you, right?
